福建福耀科技大学（Fuyao University of Science and Technology, 缩写FYUST），位于福建省福州高新技术产业开发区智慧大道104号，占地总面积671120.1平方米（约1006.68亩），是由福耀集团董事局主席曹德旺发起，河仁慈善基金会捐资、福州市人民政府支持举办的民办公助、非营利、公益性全日制普通高校，办学层次涵盖本科和研究生教育。

Fuyao University of Science and Technology (FYUST) is located at No. 104 Zhihui Avenue, Fuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Fujian Province, covering a total area of 671,120.1 square meters (approximately 1,006.68 mu). Initiated by Cao Dewang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fuyao Group, the university is a non-profit, public welfare full-time ordinary institution of higher education supported by the Hehe Charity Foundation and Fuzhou Municipal People's Government, offering both undergraduate and graduate education.

学校定位为新型研究型大学，紧密围绕国家战略和经济社会发展需要，突出理工和科技特色，着重开展制造业科技创新研究，培养拔尖创新人才。首批设置计算机科学与技术、智能制造工程、车辆工程、材料科学与工程4个本科专业，全日制在校生规模暂定为8000人，实行本硕博贯通培养模式，致力于构建学科交叉融合、产教深度融合、具有国际视野的办学体系。

Positioned as a new research-oriented university, FYUST focuses on meeting national strategic needs and economic and social development, emphasizing science, engineering, and technology. It specializes in manufacturing technology innovation research and cultivates top-notch innovative talents. The university initially offers 4 undergraduate programs: Computer Science and Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, and Materials Science and Engineering. With a planned full-time student enrollment of 8,000, it implements an integrated undergraduate-master-doctoral training model, committed to building a disciplinary system featuring interdisciplinary integration, deep industry-education integration, and international perspectives.

学校由中国科学院院士王树国担任校长，依托河仁慈善基金会的持续投入和福耀集团的产业资源，集聚一流师资，打造一流学科，目标建成世界一流的理工科综合性大学，为国家和区域经济社会高质量发展贡献力量。
