Gadjah Mada University is one of the most renowned public research universities in Indonesia, located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Established in 1949, it is celebrated for its profound academic heritage and extensive disciplinary coverage, standing as a leading institution in Indonesian higher education.

学校设有18个学院及27个研究中心，提供68种学士学位、104种硕士学位和43个博士学位项目，学科范围涵盖社会科学、工程学、医学、信息科技等多个领域。目前，该校拥有约55,000名学生（含1,187名国际学生）及2,500名教职人员，在2025年QS世界大学排名中位列第239位，是印尼国际化程度最高的高校之一。

The university comprises 18 faculties and 27 research centers, offering 68 undergraduate programs, 104 master's programs, and 43 doctoral programs spanning social sciences, engineering, medicine, information technology, and other fields. It currently enrolls approximately 55,000 students (including 1,187 international students) and employs 2,500 faculty members.
