公安消防部队高等专科学校（Public Security Fire Forces College）坐落在云南省昆明市，是应急管理部直属的公办全日制政法类高职院校，前身为1991年成立的公安消防部队昆明指挥学校，2015年4月经教育部批准升格为高等专科学校，是全国唯一一所培养基层消防指挥人才的专业院校。

Public Security Fire Forces College, located in Kunming, Yunnan Province, is a public full-time vocational college of politics and law directly under the Ministry of Emergency Management. Formerly known as Kunming Command School of the Public Security Fire Forces founded in 1991, it was upgraded to a junior college with the approval of the Ministry of Education in April 2015, and is the only professional college in China dedicated to cultivating grassroots fire command talents.

学校占地面积557亩，秉承“祖国、责任、厚德、博学”的校训，构建了以消防指挥、抢险救援、防火管理为核心的专业体系。师资队伍中博士、硕士占比高，同时聘请部队一线指挥员和行业专家担任客座教授，形成“教学-实战”融合的培养模式，累计为全国消防部队输送基层指挥员14000余人。

Covering an area of 557 mu, the college adheres to the school motto of "Motherland, Responsibility, Virtue, and Erudition" and has established a professional system centered on fire command, emergency rescue, and fire prevention management. Its faculty includes a high proportion of doctors and masters, and it also employs frontline commanders from the fire forces and industry experts as visiting professors, forming a "teaching-practice" integrated training model. It has trained over 14,000 grassroots commanders for fire forces nationwide.

2018年公安现役部队改革后，学校转隶应急管理部，主要承担消防救援队伍的在职培训和实战化训练任务，持续为国家消防事业发展提供人才支撑和智力保障。

After the reform of public security active-duty forces in 2018, the college was transferred to the Ministry of Emergency Management, mainly undertaking on-the-job training and practical training tasks for fire rescue teams, and continues to provide talent support and intellectual guarantee for the development of national fire protection cause.
