广东财贸职业学院创建于1973年，是广东省属唯一的财经商贸类公办高职院校，前身为全国重点中专广东省财政学校，2019年3月经广东省人民政府批准正式成立。学校现有广州、清远两个校区，占地约870亩，建筑面积31万平方米，全日制在校生17600余人，开设大数据与财务管理、金融科技应用、供应链运营等29个专业，其中大数据与财务管理专业群为广东省首批高水平专业群。

Guangdong Finance & Trade Vocational College, founded in 1973, is the only public higher vocational college of finance and trade under Guangdong Province. Its predecessor was Guangdong Provincial Finance School, a national key secondary specialized school. Approved by the People's Government of Guangdong Province in March 2019, the college was formally established. It has two campuses in Guangzhou and Qingyuan, covering an area of about 870 mu with a building area of 310,000 square meters. The college has over 17,600 full-time students and offers 29 majors including Big Data and Financial Management, Financial Technology Application, and Supply Chain Operation, among which the Big Data and Financial Management major group is one of the first batch of high-level major groups in Guangdong Province.

学校秉承“明德精业，乐学笃行”校训，坚持“培育大国商业工匠，贡献中国商科职教”使命，构建了以数字商业为特色的专业集群，与阿里、京东等龙头企业共建产教融合基地，牵头制定高职供应链运营专业国家教学标准，是中德职业教育产教融合联盟副理事长单位，国际影响力逐步彰显。

Adhering to the school motto of "Virtue, Proficiency, Enjoyment, and Perseverance" and the mission of "Cultivating National Business Craftsmen and Contributing to China's Business Vocational Education", the college has built a professional cluster featuring digital commerce. It has jointly established industry-education integration bases with leading enterprises such as Alibaba and JD.com, led the formulation of national teaching standards for the supply chain operation major in higher vocational education, and serves as the vice-chairman unit of the Sino-German Vocational Education Industry-University Integration Alliance, gradually enhancing its international influence.
