广州康大职业技术学院由广州康弘远创投资有限公司举办，是2003年经广东省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案、由广东省教育厅直接管理、具有独立颁发学历证书资格的全日制综合性普通高校。学院主要面向广东省招生，同时也面向外省招生，至今已累计为社会培养了近23000名专业技术技能人才。

Guangzhou Kangda Vocational and Technical College, founded by Guangzhou Kanghong Yuanchuang Investment Co., Ltd., is a full-time comprehensive ordinary college approved by the People's Government of Guangdong Province in 2003, registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, directly managed by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, and qualified to independently issue academic certificates. The college mainly enrolls students in Guangdong Province and also enrolls students from other provinces. So far, it has cultivated nearly 23,000 professional and technical talents for the society.

学院位于广州市黄埔区（广州开发区）“中新广州知识城”核心区域，是其“科教服务”产业板块中重要的教育机构之一。“中新广州知识城”是广东省和新加坡合作打造、引领产业转型升级的国家级双边合作项目，学院所在的广州开发区已吸引100多个国家和地区3400家跨国公司投资创业，其中包括170多家全球500强企业。

The college is located in the core area of the "Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City" in Huangpu District (Guangzhou Development Zone) of Guangzhou, and is one of the important educational institutions in its "science and education service" industrial sector. The "Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City" is a national bilateral cooperation project jointly built by Guangdong Province and Singapore to lead industrial transformation and upgrading. The Guangzhou Development Zone where the college is located has attracted 3,400 multinational companies from more than 100 countries and regions to invest and start businesses, including more than 170 Fortune Global 500 companies.
