广东科贸职业学院是省政府举办的高等职业学校，前身是被誉为广东农业科技与管理干部摇篮的广东省农业管理干部学院，成立于1985年。学校现有清远校区（省职教城）、广州白云校区和广州天河校区三个校区，校园面积约1100亩，全日制在校生23000多人，办学涵盖农、工、经、管、文等专业领域。

Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade is a public higher vocational college run by the provincial government. Its predecessor was the Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Management Cadre College, known as the cradle of agricultural science, technology and management cadres in Guangdong, which was founded in 1985. The college currently has three campuses: Qingyuan Campus (Provincial Vocational Education City), Guangzhou Baiyun Campus and Guangzhou Tianhe Campus, covering an area of about 1100 mu, with more than 23,000 full-time students, and its education covers agriculture, engineering, economics, management, literature and other professional fields.

学校是农业农村部和教育部联合推介的乡村振兴人才培养优质校、国家示范性职业教育集团培育牵头单位、广东省示范性高等职业院校、广东省域高水平高等职业院校建设计划建设单位、广东省大学生创新创业教育示范学校，也是教育部第三批现代学徒制试点单位、全国1+X证书制度试点单位、首批全国新型职业农民培育示范基地。

The college is a high-quality school for training rural revitalization talents jointly promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Education, a leading unit for cultivating national demonstration vocational education groups, a demonstration higher vocational college in Guangdong Province, a construction unit of the Guangdong Provincial High-level Higher Vocational College Construction Plan, a demonstration school for innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in Guangdong Province. It is also the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units of the Ministry of Education, a national 1+X certificate system pilot unit, and the first batch of national new professional farmer training demonstration bases.
