广西国际商务职业技术学院是一所以培养适应现代商务事业发展需要的国际化应用人才为宗旨的国家公办全日制高等职业院校，是广西商务行业经理人才的摇篮。学校前身为创建于1965年的广西外贸半工半读学校，历经多次更名与发展，2002年经自治区人民政府批准升格为现名，行政主管单位为广西壮族自治区商务厅，教育教学业务接受广西壮族自治区教育厅指导和管理。

Guangxi International Business Vocational College is a public full-time higher vocational college aiming to cultivate international applied talents to meet the needs of modern business development, and is known as the cradle of business management talents in Guangxi. Founded in 1965 as Guangxi Foreign Trade Part-work and Part-study School, it has undergone several name changes and developments. In 2002, it was upgraded to its current name with the approval of the regional people's government. The college is administratively affiliated to the Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with its educational and teaching business guided and managed by the Department of Education of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

学校现有南宁市大学路、东盟经开区和明秀路三个校区，总占地面积1200余亩，全日制高职在校生26000余人。教学设施完善，拥有中央财政支持实训基地3个、自治区示范性实训基地9个，图书馆纸质藏书111.2万册。开设52个专业，构建了跨境电子商务、市场营销、旅游管理等8个专业群，其中3个为广西双高计划高水平专业群。近年来荣获全国高等职业院校国际影响力50强、全国毕业生就业典型经验高校等多项荣誉，连续20年服务中国—东盟博览会并获杰出贡献奖。

The college has three campuses located in University Road, ASEAN Economic Development Zone and Mingxiu Road of Nanning City, covering a total area of over 1200 mu, with more than 26,000 full-time vocational college students. It boasts advanced teaching facilities, including 3 training bases supported by central finance and 9 demonstration training bases at the autonomous region level, with a library holding 1.112 million paper books. The college offers 52 majors and has built 8 professional groups such as cross-border e-commerce, marketing, and tourism management, among which 3 are high-level professional groups under Guangxi's Double High-Level Plan. In recent years, it has won many honors such as Top 50 National Higher Vocational Colleges with International Influence and National Model College for Graduate Employment, and has served the China-ASEAN Expo for 20 consecutive years, winning the Outstanding Contribution Award.

学校坚持“三色（职业底色、创业本色、国际特色）”商科人才培养理念，构建“五级进阶”实践教学体系，现有教职工1043人，其中双师型教师500多人、高级职称教师130余人。积极推进国际合作，成立海外分校“桂海商学院”，入选教育部人文交流经世项目首批经世国际学校，致力于打造现代商务特色鲜明的国际化高等职业教育强校。

Adhering to the talent cultivation concept of "three characteristics (vocational foundation, entrepreneurial essence, international features)" for business talents, the college has constructed a "five-level progressive" practical teaching system. It has 1043 faculty members, including over 500 double-qualified teachers and more than 130 senior title teachers. Actively promoting international cooperation, it has established the "Guihai Business College" as an overseas branch and was selected as one of the first batch of "Jingshi International Schools" under the Ministry of Education's Cultural Exchange Jingshi Program, striving to build a strong international higher vocational education institution with distinctive modern business characteristics.
