广西生态工程职业技术学院是广西壮族自治区人民政府举办，自治区林业局、自治区教育厅管理的全日制普通高等学校，是首批国家高技能人才培养示范基地、广西高水平高职学校和专业建设单位、自治区示范性高等职业院校。学校创办于1956年，前身为广西林业学校，坐落于柳州市北部生态新区，校园内拥有国家4A级旅游景区广西生态科普苑和国家3A级旅游景区君武森林公园。学校占地面积18000亩，设有11个二级学院，2024年开设有50个招生专业，其中国家重点建设专业4个，全日制在校生2万余人。

Guangxi Eco-Engineering Vocational & Technical College is a full-time regular higher education institution sponsored by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and managed by the Regional Forestry Bureau and the Regional Department of Education. It is among the first batch of national demonstration bases for high-skilled talent training, a construction unit for high-level vocational schools and specialties in Guangxi, and a demonstration higher vocational college in the autonomous region. Founded in 1956, formerly known as Guangxi Forestry School, the college is located in the Northern Ecological New District of Liuzhou City. The campus houses the Guangxi Ecological Science Popularization Park, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, and Junwu Forest Park, a national 3A-level tourist attraction. Covering an area of 18,000 mu, the college has 11 secondary colleges and offered 50 enrollment majors in 2024, including 4 national key construction majors, with over 20,000 full-time students.

学校师资队伍雄厚，现有教职工1000多人，其中专任教师820多人，博士15人，硕士470多人，高级职称178人，双师型教师415人。拥有中央财政支持职业教育实训基地3个、教育部校企共建生产性实训基地2个，与300多家大型企业建立稳定校企合作关系，建有8个产业学院。科研成果丰硕，近五年承担国家和自治区科研项目近500项，获得专利150多项，入选全国高等职业院校科研社会服务经费50强。

The college boasts a strong teaching staff, with over 1,000 faculty members, including more than 820 full-time teachers, 15 doctors, over 470 masters, 178 senior professional titles, and 415 dual-qualified teachers. It has 3 vocational education training bases supported by the central finance, 2 productive training bases co-built by the Ministry of Education and enterprises, established stable school-enterprise cooperation relationships with more than 300 large enterprises, and built 8 industrial colleges. With fruitful scientific research achievements, it has undertaken nearly 500 national and regional scientific research projects in the past five years, obtained more than 150 patents, and was selected into the top 50 national higher vocational colleges in terms of scientific research and social service funds.
