广西民族大学相思湖学院创建于2002年4月，2004年2月经教育部批准成为全日制本科普通高校（独立学院），2023年10月举办者变更为吉利人才发展集团有限公司与广西民族大学，目前正推进转设为独立设置的非营利性民办普通本科学校，拟更名为南宁数字科技学院（筹）。学校位于广西南宁市江南区友谊路55号，校园建设用地2136.14亩，已建成校舍52.43万平方米，教学仪器设备总值1.07亿元，图书馆纸质藏书168.7万册、电子图书151万册，现有全日制在校生20458人，教职工1100余人。

Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University for Nationalities was founded in April 2002. In February 2004, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as a full-time undergraduate college (independent college). In October 2023, its sponsor was changed to Geely Talent Development Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi University for Nationalities. Currently, it is promoting the transformation into an independently established non-profit private ordinary undergraduate school, proposed to be renamed Nanning Digital Technology College (preparatory). The college is located at No. 55 Youyi Road, Jiangnan District, Nanning City, Guangxi, with a campus construction area of 2136.14 mu, 524,300 square meters of school buildings completed, total value of teaching instruments and equipment of 107 million yuan, 1.687 million paper books and 1.51 million e-books in the library. It has more than 20,458 full-time students and over 1,100 faculty members.

学校以数字科技为核心办学特色，构建了数字科技、数字经济、数字艺术、数字人文、数字治理五大学科集群，开设42个本科专业，其中工科专业12个，拥有国家级一流本科课程1门、自治区级教学成果奖11项，建成教育部东盟数字人文交流研究中心等10余个高水平科研平台及114个现代化实验室，包括配备16块A100 GPU的广西最强AI算力超算中心。近五年获自治区级以上教学科研奖项750余项，连续五年广西民办本科招生投档线居首位，2024年获评全区高校毕业生留桂就业工作贡献突出单位。

With digital technology as its core办学特色, the college has built five disciplinary clusters: digital technology, digital economy, digital art, digital humanities, and digital governance, offering 42 undergraduate majors including 12 engineering majors. It has 1 national first-class undergraduate course, 11 autonomous region-level teaching achievement awards, and has established more than 10 high-level scientific research platforms such as the Ministry of Education ASEAN Digital Humanities Exchange Research Center and 114 modern laboratories, including Guangxi's strongest AI computing supercomputing center equipped with 16 A100 GPUs. In the past five years, it has won more than 750 teaching and research awards above the autonomous region level, ranking first in Guangxi's private undergraduate enrollment投档 line for five consecutive years, and was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Unit for College Graduates Employment in Guangxi in 2024.
