广西物流职业技术学院于2020年4月经广西壮族自治区人民政府批准设立，是一所由广西壮族自治区人民政府举办，广西现代物流集团有限公司投资建设和管理，广西教育厅业务指导的广西唯一一所专门面向物流行业培养相关高技能人才的公办全日制高等职业院校。学校坐落于贵港市西江教育园区内，占地面积约918亩，建筑面积约22.04万平方米，总投资达11.45亿元，规划全日制在校生规模1.5万人。

Guangxi Logistics Vocational and Technical College was established in April 2020 with the approval of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a public full-time higher vocational college sponsored by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, invested, constructed and managed by Guangxi Modern Logistics Group Co., Ltd., and under the professional guidance of the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is the only public higher vocational college in Guangxi that specializes in cultivating high-skilled talents related to the logistics industry. The college is located in the Xijiang Education Park of Guigang City, covering an area of about 918 mu, with a construction area of about 220,400 square meters, a total investment of 1.145 billion yuan, and a planned full-time student scale of 15,000.

学校秉承“厚德树人，强技立业”校训精神，围绕广西物流产业和贵港市经济社会发展需求，重点设置物流、环保、机电、财经、商贸等高水平专业群，设有物流管理学院、物流交通学院、物流商学院等7个二级学院，开设现代物流管理、环境工程技术、汽车制造与试验技术、电子商务、大数据与会计等22个专业及方向。现有教职工366人，其中具有中级及以上职称151人，自治区级“双师型”教师132人，聘请了140多位行业专家和企业高端人才担任客座教授。

Adhering to the school motto of "Cultivating People with Virtue, Establishing Careers with Strong Skills", the college focuses on setting up high-level professional groups such as logistics, environmental protection, electromechanics, finance and economics, and commerce, in response to the needs of Guangxi's logistics industry and Guigang's economic and social development. It has 7 secondary colleges including the School of Logistics Management, the School of Logistics and Transportation, and the School of Logistics and Business. It offers 22 majors and directions such as Modern Logistics Management, Environmental Engineering Technology, Automobile Manufacturing and Testing Technology, E-commerce, and Big Data and Accounting. Currently, there are 366 faculty members, including 151 with intermediate or higher professional titles, 132 autonomous region-level "double-qualified" teachers, and more than 140 industry experts and high-end enterprise talents employed as visiting professors.

学校深化校企合作、产教融合，依托广西现代物流集团行业背景，与100多家知名企业共建校外实训基地，获批建设现代物流管理、智能物流技术等4个广西高职示范特色专业及实训基地。荣获“全区高等学校就业创业工作突出单位”“广西现代物流集团先进直属单位”等荣誉称号，致力于打造成为立足广西、面向东盟、走向世界的有特色高水平的国际化高等职业院校。

The college deepens school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration. Relying on the industry background of Guangxi Modern Logistics Group, it has jointly built off-campus training bases with more than 100 well-known enterprises. It has been approved to build 4 Guangxi higher vocational demonstration characteristic majors and training bases such as Modern Logistics Management and Intelligent Logistics Technology. It has won honorary titles such as "Outstanding Unit for Employment and Entrepreneurship Work in Colleges and Universities in the Region" and "Advanced Directly Affiliated Unit of Guangxi Modern Logistics Group". The college is committed to building a distinctive and high-level international higher vocational college based in Guangxi, facing ASEAN, and going global.
