贵阳人文科技学院是经教育部同意并由省人民政府批准设置的全日制普通本科高等学校，前身是贵州民族大学人文科技学院，成立于2001年。2021年5月，经教育部、贵州省人民政府批准，更名为贵阳人文科技学院。学校现有两个校区，花溪校区坐落于被誉为“高原明珠”的贵阳市花溪区，大学城校区位于产城融合创新、生态文明示范的国家级贵安新区，占地面积600余亩，校园环境优美，教学生活设施配套齐全。

Guiyang University of Humanities and Technology is a full-time ordinary undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Guizhou Province. Its predecessor was the College of Humanities and Technology of Guizhou Minzu University, founded in 2001. In May 2021, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, it was renamed Guiyang University of Humanities and Technology. The university has two campuses: the Huaxi Campus is located in Huaxi District, Guiyang City, known as the "Plateau Pearl", and the University Town Campus is situated in the national-level Gui'an New Area, a model for industrial-city integration and ecological civilization. Covering an area of over 600 mu, the campus boasts a beautiful environment and complete teaching and living facilities.

学校现有在校学生近1.6万人，在校教师近900人，其中具有副高以上职称教师占41.7%，硕士以上学位教师占83%，拥有国务院特殊津贴专家、黔灵学者、贵州省省管专家等教学名师30余人，贵州省哲学社会科学十大创新团队2个。学校办学定位于应用型高等学校，深化产教融合，强化实践教学，先后与北京金山云网络技术有限公司、慧科教育科技集团有限公司等多家企业签订合作协议，共同制定人才培养方案。

The university has nearly 16,000 students and 900 faculty members, with 41.7% of teachers holding associate senior titles or above and 83% having master's degrees or higher. It has over 30 renowned teachers, including experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, Qianling Scholars, and provincial management experts of Guizhou Province, as well as 2 top ten innovative teams in philosophy and social sciences of Guizhou Province. Positioned as an application-oriented university, it deepens industry-education integration and strengthens practical teaching. It has signed cooperation agreements with enterprises such as Beijing Kingsoft Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Huike Education Technology Group Co., Ltd. to jointly develop talent training programs.
