贵州护理职业技术学院创建于1958年，前身为贵州省人民医院护士学校，2017年升格为高职院校，2024年获批贵州省“双高”校建设单位，现由贵州省教育厅主管。学院秉持“医者仁心，尚德尚行”校训，以培养高素质卫生健康技术技能人才为目标，服务贵州卫生健康事业和大健康产业发展。

Guizhou Nursing Vocational College was founded in 1958, formerly known as the Nurse School of Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital. It was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2017 and approved as a "Double High-Level" college construction unit in Guizhou Province in 2024. Currently under the administration of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education, the college adheres to the motto of "Healing Heart, Virtue and Practice" and aims to cultivate high-quality technical talents in health care, serving the development of Guizhou's health care industry and big health sector.

学院现有金海、花溪两个校区，总占地面积627.04亩，教职工651人，全日制在校生8000余名。开设护理、助产、康复治疗技术等16个专业，其中护理专业拓展口腔、老年、重症等7个方向，护理与养老托育专业群为省级高水平专业群。建有国家级急危重症虚拟仿真产教融合实训基地，教学科研仪器设备值6427.62万元，省内外实习基地185家，附属贵州省第三人民医院。

The college has two campuses (Jinhai and Huaxi) covering a total area of 627.04 mu, with 651 faculty members and over 8,000 full-time students. It offers 16 majors including Nursing, Midwifery, and Rehabilitation Therapy Technology, with the Nursing major expanding into 7 directions such as oral care and geriatric care. The Nursing and Elderly Care professional groups are provincial-level high-level professional groups. The college has a national-level critical care virtual simulation production-education integration training base, teaching and research equipment worth 64.2762 million yuan, 185 internship bases inside and outside the province, and Guizhou Third People's Hospital as its affiliated hospital.

学院是中国-东盟护理高质量发展联盟牵头单位、教育部现代学徒制试点单位，获全国黄炎培优秀学校、全国国防教育特色学校等荣誉。教师获全国模范教师、五一劳动奖章等省部级以上荣誉24人次，学生在全国职业院校技能大赛中屡获佳绩，2024年毕业生就业率达94.68%，为区域卫生健康事业发展输送了大批实用型人才。

As the leading unit of China-ASEAN Nursing High-Quality Development Alliance and a pilot unit of the Ministry of Education's modern apprenticeship system, the college has won honors such as National Excellent School of Huang Yanpei and National Defense Education Characteristic School. Teachers have obtained 24 provincial and ministerial-level honors including National Model Teacher and May 1st Labor Medal. Students have achieved excellent results in national vocational college skills competitions, with a graduate employment rate of 94.68% in 2024, providing a large number of practical talents for regional health care development.
