广州南洋理工职业学院，是经广东省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的省属全日制普通高等学校，简称“南洋理工”。学校坐落在有“广州后花园”之称的广州市从化区，其前身是上海交通大学与西安交通大学的广州校友为传承和发扬南洋公学教育报国精神于1984年创办的广州南洋自学辅导大学。学校与广东科技学院、广州华南商贸职业学院同属广东南博教育集团旗下高等院校，依托南博集团雄厚的办学实力与集团化办学优势，取得了卓越的办学成绩，赢得了社会各界一致好评。

Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic College is a full-time public higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Guangdong Province and registered with the Ministry of Education, referred to as "Nanyang Polytechnic". Located in Conghua District, Guangzhou, known as "Guangzhou's Back Garden", the college traces its roots to the Guangzhou Nanyang Self-Study Tutorial University founded in 1984 by Guangzhou alumni of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Xi'an Jiao Tong University, inheriting the educational philosophy of "educating for national rejuvenation" from Nanyang Public School. Affiliated to the Guangdong Nanbo Education Group, along with Guangdong University of Science and Technology and Guangzhou South China Business Vocational College, it leverages the group's strong educational resources and institutional advantages to achieve outstanding educational outcomes and widespread social recognition.

With the vision of "Building a Centennial Institution, Cultivating Industrial Elites" and the educational philosophy of "Establishing the College through Education, Strengthening through Quality, Empowering through Talents, Honoring through Characteristics, and Governing through Systems", the college aims to develop into a high-level vocational college and offer undergraduate-level vocational education. Rooted in Guangzhou, serving Guangdong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it proactively adapts to industrial restructuring and regional economic needs in the Pearl River Delta. The college promotes innovative talent cultivation models featuring cross-disciplinary, stepped, and multi-platform work-integrated learning, dedicated to fostering virtuous, skilled, and well-rounded applied, interdisciplinary, and innovative technical talents.

学校设有建筑工程学院、智能工程学院、信息工程学院、卫生健康学院、经济管理学院、数字艺术与设计学院、人文与教育学院、马克思主义学院、通识教育学院九个二级学院。现有全日制专科在校生12000多人，专任教师近700人，博硕占比60%，高级职称占比24%。教师队伍包括全国优秀教师、南粤优秀教育工作者、南粤优秀教师、广东省技术能手等先进典型。校园占地509.8亩，规划建筑面积40万平方米，已建成建筑面积近20万平方米，固定资产总值6亿多元；建有先进的专业实验室（场）151个，其中国家级生产实训基地1个，省级高职教育公共实训中心1个，省级校内外实践基地15个；图书馆纸质图书94.8万多册、电子图书41万册；拥有标准塑胶田径运动场、篮球场、网球场等学生文体活动场馆；学生公寓全部装有空调、宽带，提供热水供应等生活配套设施。

The college comprises nine secondary schools: School of Civil Engineering, School of Intelligent Engineering, School of Information Engineering, School of Health Sciences, School of Economics and Management, School of Digital Arts and Design, School of Humanities and Education, School of Marxism, and School of General Education. It has over 12,000 full-time vocational students and nearly 700 full-time teachers, with 60% holding master's or doctoral degrees and 24% having senior professional titles. The faculty includes national excellent teachers, outstanding educators in Guangdong, and provincial technical experts. The campus covers 509.8 mu (34 hectares) with a planned construction area of 400,000 square meters, of which nearly 200,000 square meters have been completed, with total fixed assets exceeding 600 million yuan. It features 151 advanced professional laboratories, including 1 national-level production training base, 1 provincial vocational education public training center, and 15 provincial-level practice bases. The library houses 948,000 paper books and 410,000 e-books. Sports facilities include a standard塑胶 track and field stadium, basketball courts, and tennis courts. Student dormitories are fully equipped with air conditioning, broadband, and hot water supply.

学校专业设置以工科类专业为主，医、教、文、艺、经、管类专业协调发展，现有招生专业49个。近年来，学校先后荣获国家级奖项5项、省级奖项13项、市级奖项5项，其中《高职院校“技能优先，基础模块”教学改革研究》荣获2016年全国民办职业技术教育“十佳案例”奖，《五维一体思政工作模式》入选2019年广东高校党建“十佳创新案例”，《基于跨界的阶梯式、多平台工学交替人才培养模式创新与实践》荣获2019年广东省教育教学成果二等奖。学生培养质量在广东省内企业和高职教育领域获得了高度认同，毕业生就业率一直保持在98%以上。根据第三方调查机构麦可思报告，学校在广东省高职院校毕业生就业现状满意度调查中排名全省第二。

The college offers 49 enrollment majors, with engineering as the main focus and coordinated development of medicine, education, liberal arts, arts, economics, and management disciplines. In recent years, it has won 5 national awards, 13 provincial awards, and 5 municipal awards. Notable achievements include the "Top 10 Cases of National Private Vocational Education" in 2016 for its teaching reform research, selection into the "Top 10 Innovative Cases of Party Building in Guangdong Universities" in 2019 for its five-dimensional ideological and political work model, and the second prize of Guangdong Provincial Educational Teaching Achievements in 2019 for its innovative work-integrated talent cultivation model. The quality of talent cultivation is highly recognized by enterprises and vocational education sectors in Guangdong, with graduate employment rates consistently exceeding 98%. According to the MyCOS Report, the college ranks second in Guangdong province in terms of graduate satisfaction with employment status among vocational colleges.
