贵州盛华职业学院是由华人商界领袖、台湾爱国企业家王雪红陈文琦夫妇捐资举办的非营利性公益慈善大学，中国工程院院士、计算机专家倪光南担任名誉校长。学校经贵州省人民政府批准成立、国家教育部备案，是一所实施计划内统一招生的全日制普通高等职业院校，学生毕业后由教育部颁发高职（专科）文凭。学校坐落于贵州省惠水县百鸟河数字小镇，距贵阳市区和龙洞堡国际机场约40分钟车程，校园内免费无线网络全覆盖，设施设备完善，常年有来自欧美等地区的30余名志愿者外籍教师，是贵州省国际化、信息化程度较高的花园式高校。

Guizhou Forerunner College is a non-profit public welfare university donated by Wang Xuehong and Chen Wenqi, leaders of the Chinese business community and patriotic entrepreneurs from Taiwan. Ni Guangnan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a computer expert, serves as the honorary president. Approved by the People's Government of Guizhou Province and registered with the Ministry of Education, the college is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college enrolling students through national unified enrollment plans, and issues higher vocational (junior college) diplomas recognized by the Ministry of Education upon graduation. Located in the Bainiaohe Digital Town of Huishui County, Guizhou Province, it is about 40 minutes' drive from downtown Guiyang and Longdongbao International Airport. The campus features full free Wi-Fi coverage and well-equipped facilities, with over 30 volunteer foreign teachers from Europe, America and other regions all year round, making it a garden-style university with a high level of internationalization and informatization in Guizhou Province.

学校创建于2011年，占地面积近300亩，总建筑面积约6万平方米，设有6个院系，开设20余个社会热门、市场紧缺型专业，现有在校生5000余人，其中80.8%的学生来自贵州农村。学校始终坚持“公益兴学·教育扶贫”的办学宗旨，以“诚信、爱心、高尚”为校训，2015年2月被评为贵州省唯一的“现代职业教育改革创新试点院校”。学校注重实践教学与校企合作，与百度、万豪国际酒店、HTC等知名企业深度合作，为学生提供实习就业保障，致力于通过教育扶贫阻断贫困代际传递，培养适应地方经济发展的高素质技能型人才。

Founded in 2011, the college covers an area of nearly 300 mu (about 20 hectares) with a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square meters. It has 6 departments offering over 20 popular and market-demanded majors, with more than 5,000 students, among whom 80.8% are from rural areas of Guizhou. Adhering to the mission of "public welfare education for poverty alleviation" and the school motto of "Integrity, Love, Nobility", it was rated as the only "Pilot Institution for Modern Vocational Education Reform and Innovation" in Guizhou Province in February 2015. The college emphasizes practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation, having established in-depth partnerships with renowned enterprises such as Baidu, Marriott International Hotels, and HTC to provide internship and employment guarantees for students. It is committed to阻断ing intergenerational poverty through educational poverty alleviation and cultivating high-quality skilled talents adapting to local economic development.
