贵州食品工程职业学院是由贵州省教育厅主管的全日制公办普通高等职业学院，创建于1953年，前身为贵州省粮食学校，2017年升格为高职院校。学院以食品工程类专业为特色，聚焦粮油食品产业链人才培养，形成了“高职教育为主、中职教育为辅、成人教育与职业培训并举”的办学格局。

Guizhou Food Engineering Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college under the supervision of Guizhou Provincial Department of Education. Founded in 1953 as Guizhou Grain School, it was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2017. With food engineering majors as its特色, the college focuses on talent cultivation for the grain and oil food industry chain, forming an educational pattern of "higher vocational education as the main body, secondary vocational education as a supplement, and adult education and vocational training simultaneously".

学院现有清镇职教城、贵阳北校区、南校区三个校区，总占地614亩，校舍面积26.15万平方米。开设37个专业，其中高职专业25个（涵盖食品智能加工技术、酿酒技术、烹饪工艺与营养等方向），中职专业12个，拥有国家级中职示范专业5个、省级示范专业4个。建有8个科研机构和4个省级实训基地，重点服务贵州“生态特色食品”“酱香白酒”等产业发展。

The college has three campuses: Qingzhen Vocational Education City, Guiyang North Campus, and South Campus, covering a total area of 614 mu with a building area of 261,500 square meters. It offers 37 majors, including 25 higher vocational majors (covering food intelligent processing technology, wine-making technology, culinary arts and nutrition, etc.) and 12 secondary vocational majors. It has 5 national-level secondary vocational demonstration majors and 4 provincial-level demonstration majors. The college has established 8 scientific research institutions and 4 provincial-level training bases, focusing on serving the development of Guizhou's "ecological characteristic food" and "Maotai-flavor liquor" industries.

师资队伍中高级职称占比37%，硕士以上学历达42%，“双师型”教师比例80%，拥有全国教学名师1人、国家级技能大师工作室10个。近年来就业率稳定在93%以上，用人单位满意度超97%，培养了8万余名“永久牌”技术人才，获评全国食品工业类高职院校4★级学校，专业竞争力排名全国第15位。

In the teaching staff, 37% have senior professional titles, 42% have master's degrees or above, and 80% are "double-qualified" teachers. The college has 1 national teaching master and 10 national-level skill master studios. In recent years, the employment rate has stabilized above 93%, and the employer satisfaction rate exceeds 97%.
