广州新华学院（院校代码：13902）前身是2005年由中山大学与广东东宝集团有限公司合作创办的中山大学新华学院，2021年2月经教育部批准转设为独立设置的本科层次普通高等学校并更名。学校现有广州、东莞两个校区，总占地面积2185亩，涵盖经济学、法学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、医学、管理学、艺术学等九大学科门类，面向全国25个省份招生，在校生2.5万余人。

Guangzhou Xinhua University (institution code: 13902) was formerly Sun Yat-sen University Xinhua College, co-founded by Sun Yat-sen University and Guangdong Dongbao Group Co., Ltd. in 2005. It was approved by the Ministry of Education to be transformed into an independent undergraduate-level general higher education institution and renamed in February 2021. The university has two campuses in Guangzhou and Dongguan, covering a total area of 2185 mu, encompassing nine disciplines including economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, medicine, management, and art. It enrolls students from 25 provinces across the country, with over 25,000 students.

学校秉承“博学、笃行、正心、自强”校训，坚持“学术强校、质量立校、特色兴校、开放办校”理念，建有医药、经管、理工、文法和艺术设计五大实验实训平台，拥有4个省级实验教学示范中心及麻省理工学院联合实验室（FABLAB创客实验室）。近年来新增人工智能、数字经济等前沿专业，听力与言语康复学、药学等3个专业获评省级特色专业，护理综合技能实验教学示范中心等实践平台为应用型人才培养提供支撑。

Adhering to the motto of "Erudition, Perseverance, Integrity, and Self-improvement", the university upholds the philosophy of "Strengthening the University through Academics, Establishing the University through Quality, Vitalizing the University through Characteristics, and Running the University with Openness". It has built five experimental training platforms for medicine, economics and management, science and engineering, liberal arts and law, and art design, with 4 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers and a joint laboratory with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (FABLAB Maker Laboratory). In recent years, it has added cutting-edge majors such as artificial intelligence and digital economy. Three majors including Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, and Pharmacy have been rated as provincial characteristic majors. Practical platforms such as the Nursing Comprehensive Skills Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center provide support for the cultivation of applied talents.
