贵州装备制造职业学院是经贵州省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案,直属贵州省教育厅的公办全日制普通高等院校,创建于1981年,前身为贵州省机械工业学校,2017年定名为现名。学校是贵州省高水平高职学校和高水平专业群建设单位,以培养装备制造类技术技能人才为核心,形成全日制高等职业教育为主、中等职业教育与非学历教育为辅的办学格局。
