湖北黄冈应急管理职业技术学院是经湖北省人民政府批准、教育部备案同意设立，由黄冈市人民政府举办、湖北省应急管理厅合作共建的全日制公办普通高等职业院校，是全国第一所专门的应急管理高职院校。学院坐落于湖北省黄冈市，以服务应急管理事业和区域经济高质量发展为宗旨，现设应急救援系、信息安全系、公共管理系等8个系部，开设有应急救援技术、信息安全技术应用、工业机器人技术等19个专业。

Hubei Huanggang Vocational and Technical College of Emergency Management is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Sponsored by the Huanggang Municipal People's Government and co-built with the Hubei Provincial Department of Emergency Management, it is the first specialized higher vocational college of emergency management in China. Located in Huanggang City, Hubei Province, the college aims to serve the cause of emergency management and high-quality regional economic development. It now has 8 departments including the Department of Emergency Rescue and the Department of Information Security, offering 19 majors such as Emergency Rescue Technology, Information Security Technology Application, and Industrial Robot Technology.

学院占地面积700多亩，总建筑面积20万平方米，建有标准化多媒体教室206间及16个实习实训中心，涵盖应急救援、信息安全、工业机器人、无人机等领域。师资力量雄厚，现有正高、副高职称教师170余人，"双师型"教师占比60%，并聘请多所高校及应急管理领域专家担任兼职教授。学院注重产教融合，与湖北消防救援总队、京东物流等数十家企业建立校企合作关系，致力于培养高素质技术技能型人才。

The college covers an area of more than 700 mu with a total construction area of 200,000 square meters. It has 206 standardized multimedia classrooms and 16 internship and training centers, covering emergency rescue, information security, industrial robots, unmanned aerial vehicles and other fields. With strong faculty, it has more than 170 teachers with senior professional titles, and "double-qualified" teachers account for 60%. It also employs experts from many universities and emergency management fields as part-time professors. The college focuses on the integration of production and education, and has established school-enterprise cooperation relations with dozens of enterprises such as Hubei Fire Rescue Corps and JD Logistics, committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
