河北劳动关系职业学院是经省政府批准、国家教育部备案设立的全日制公办普通高等院校，隶属于河北省总工会，是河北省总工会重点建设院校。学院由原河北省工运学校、原邯郸市职工大学于2007年12月合并成立，2008年6月正式招生，2011年通过全国高职人才培养工作评估，2013年被全国总工会授予“全国工会干部学校教育培训示范校”。

Hebei Vocational College of Labor Relations is a full-time public higher education institution approved by the Hebei Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Affiliated to the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, it is a key construction college of the federation. Established in December 2007 through the merger of the former Hebei Provincial Trade Union School and the former Handan City Workers' University, the college began enrollment in June 2008, passed the national higher vocational talent training evaluation in 2011, and was awarded the "National Trade Union Cadre Training Demonstration School" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in 2013.

学院坚持“质量立校、特色兴校”，设有7个教学系（部）、23个招生专业，重点建设建筑类、经济与管理类、机电类、计算机类4大专业群，其中机电一体化技术、工程造价等2个专业获中央财政支持。学院创新“劳模育人”模式，聘请全国劳动模范齐名、国务院特殊津贴专家屈玉阁等建立劳模工作室，组建了一支由劳模工匠、行业专家组成的“双师型”教师队伍。

Adhering to the philosophy of "quality-based school and characteristic development", the college has 7 teaching departments and 23 enrollment majors, focusing on building 4 major professional groups: construction, economics & management, electromechanical, and computer science. Among them, 2 majors including Mechatronics Technology and Engineering Cost have received central financial support. The college innovates the "model worker education" model, inviting national model workers like Qi Ming and special allowance experts like Qu Yuge to establish model worker studios, forming a "double-qualified" teaching team composed of model workers, craftsmen, and industry experts.

学院推行“1+X证书”制度，与知名企业共建实习实训基地，为学生提供实践平台。近年来承接高职扩招任务，累计招收复转军人、新型职业农民等912人，2022年获批河北省老年教育试点学校。学院秉承工会办学传统，形成了普通学历教育、工会干部培训、职工技能培训“三位一体”的办学格局，为区域经济社会发展培养高素质技术技能人才。

The college implements the "1+X certificate" system and has built internship and training bases with well-known enterprises to provide practical platforms for students. In recent years, it has undertaken higher vocational enrollment expansion tasks, recruiting 912 retired military personnel and new professional farmers. In 2022, it was approved as a Hebei Provincial Elderly Education Pilot School. Upholding the trade union school-running tradition, the college has formed a "trinity" school-running pattern integrating general academic education, trade union cadre training, and worker skill training, cultivating high-quality technical talents for regional economic and social development.
