河北大学工商学院（Industrial and Commercial College, Hebei University），简称河大工商，位于河北省保定市，建于2001年，是由河北大学创办，经河北省人民政府批准、教育部首批确认的实施本科学历教育的全日制普通高等院校，属于河北大学的独立学院。学院以培养面向京津冀发展的高素质应用型人才为目标，设置文、理、工、经、法、管、艺术等多个学科门类专业，是河北省办学规模较大、教学特色鲜明的综合性独立学院之一。

Industrial and Commercial College, Hebei University (abbreviated as "HBU Business College"), located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, was founded in 2001. It is a full-time ordinary institution of higher education for undergraduate education, established by Hebei University, approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province, and initially confirmed by the Ministry of Education. As an independent college of Hebei University, it aims to cultivate high-quality applied talents serving the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, offering programs in multiple disciplines including liberal arts, science, engineering, economics, law, management, and art. It is one of the comprehensive independent colleges with relatively large scale and distinctive teaching characteristics in Hebei Province.

学院位于河北大学新校区，截止2020年1月设置59个本科专业，涵盖七大学科门类，在校生规模7700余人，拥有各类专业实验室36个，教学仪器设备总值5500万元，中高级职称教师比例达90.14%。2021年1月，教育部批准学院以终止办学方式实现转设，自2020年起停止招生，逐步回归举办高校。

Located on the new campus of Hebei University, the college had 59 undergraduate programs covering seven disciplines by January 2020, with a student enrollment of over 7,700. It has 36 professional laboratories, with teaching instruments and equipment worth 55 million yuan, and the proportion of teachers with intermediate or senior professional titles reaches 90.14%. In January 2021, the Ministry of Education approved the college to realize transformation by terminating its operation, stopping enrollment from 2020 and gradually returning to the sponsoring university.
