湖北经济学院法商学院是2003年3月经国家教育部批准设立，由湖北经济学院、湖北亿优物业管理有限责任公司合资合作共同举办的非营利性全日制普通本科高等学校。学校始终坚持与举办高校湖北经济学院“资源共享、优势互补、长期依存、共同发展”的道路，发挥“区位优越、交通便利、资源共享、管理高效”的办学优势，形成了以经济学、管理学为主，法学、文学、艺术学、工学等多学科协调发展的格局。

Hubei University of Economics, Law and Business College is a non-profit full-time ordinary undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2003. It is jointly organized by Hubei University of Economics and Hubei Yiyou Property Management Co., Ltd. The college adheres to the path of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, long-term dependence and common development" with its parent university, Hubei University of Economics, and leverages its advantages of "superior location, convenient transportation, resource sharing and efficient management", forming a disciplinary structure dominated by economics and management, with coordinated development of law, literature, art, engineering and other disciplines.

学校现有教师737人，其中专任教师606人，副高以上职称教师322人，占比53.14%，拥有一批经验丰富的专兼职双师型教师。学校全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，秉承“明德尚学、笃行致新”校训精神，围绕“有理想、有本领、有担当、应用型、创新型、实干型”的“三有三型”人才培养目标，大力实施质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、文化铸校发展战略。会计学、市场营销、金融学、电子商务专业获批省级一流本科专业建设点，20年来为区域经济社会发展培养和输送了近5万名人才。

The college has 737 teachers, including 606 full-time teachers and 322 teachers with associate senior titles or above, accounting for 53.14%. It also has a group of experienced full-time and part-time "double-qualified" teachers. Fully implementing the Party's educational policy and the fundamental task of cultivating virtue through education, the college upholds the school motto of "Virtue, Learning, Practice and Innovation" and focuses on the talent cultivation goal of "idealistic, capable, responsible, application-oriented, innovative and practical". It vigorously implements the development strategies of quality-oriented, talent-strengthening, characteristic-developing and culture-casting. Accounting, Marketing, Finance and E-commerce have been approved as provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites. Over the past 20 years, it has cultivated and delivered nearly 50,000 talents for regional economic and social development.
