河北资源环境职业技术学院是经河北省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制公办普通高等职业院校，前身为1979年创建的河北省地质局七二一大学，2021年9月改建为现名。作为长江以北唯一一所以地学为特色的高职院校，学校位于河北省石家庄市，现有蟠龙湖、老校区、植物园三个校区，总占地257亩，在校生11105人。

Hebei Vocational College of Resources and Environment is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Hebei Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was the 721 University of Hebei Provincial Geological Bureau founded in 1979, and it was renamed to its current name in September 2021. As the only higher vocational college with geoscience characteristics north of the Yangtze River, the college is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, with three campuses: Panlong Lake, Old Campus, and Botanical Garden, covering a total area of 257 mu and having 11,105 students.

学校以资源环境与安全大类专业为核心，开设地质调查与矿产普查、工程地质勘查、环境监测技术等34个专业，形成地学特色鲜明、多学科协调发展的专业体系。现有教职工376人，其中副高以上职称81人，博士及研究生141人，建有完善的实训基地和校企合作网络，连续十余年获评"河北省文明单位"。

With resource environment and safety majors as the core, the college offers 34 majors including Geological Survey and Mineral Prospecting, Engineering Geological Exploration, and Environmental Monitoring Technology, forming a professional system with distinct geoscience characteristics and multidisciplinary coordinated development. It has 376 faculty members, including 81 with associate senior titles or above, 141 doctors and postgraduates, and has established a sound training base and school-enterprise cooperation network. It has been awarded the "Civilized Unit of Hebei Province" for more than ten consecutive years.

校区分别位于石家庄市中山西路（老校区）和元氏县蟠龙湖风景区（新校区），配备智能餐厅、现代化宿舍等基础设施，注重实践教学与学生综合素质培养，近年来在全国及河北省技能大赛中屡获佳绩，为资源环境领域培养了大批技术技能型人才。

The campuses are located on Zhongshan West Road, Shijiazhuang City (Old Campus) and Panlong Lake Scenic Area, Yuanshi County (New Campus) respectively, equipped with smart restaurants, modern dormitories and other infrastructure. The college focuses on practical teaching and the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, and has won many awards in national and Hebei provincial skill competitions in recent years, cultivating a large number of technical and skilled talents for the resource and environment field.
