河北石油职业技术学院（中国石油管道学院）坐落在京津走廊上的明珠城市——廊坊，创办于1978年，隶属于中国石油天然气管道局，是河北省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业技术院校，也是中国石油天然气集团公司（CNPC）重点培训基地，是一所以服务石油天然气长输管道及其配套专业为特色和优势，普通高等职业技术教育、成人高等教育和企业岗位培训协调发展的综合性企业大学，面向全国招生。

Hebei Petroleum Vocational and Technical College (China Petroleum Pipeline College) is located in Langfang, a pearl city on the Beijing-Tianjin corridor. Founded in 1978 and affiliated to China National Petroleum Pipeline Bureau, it is a full-time ordinary higher vocational and technical college approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is also a key training base of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). With the characteristics and advantages of serving long-distance oil and gas pipelines and their supporting majors, it is a comprehensive enterprise university integrating ordinary higher vocational and technical education, adult higher education and enterprise on-the-job training, enrolling students nationwide.

学院坚持以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向的办学指导思想，明确了立足企业、辐射河北、面向全国的发展定位，建立了与企业发展和社会需求相结合的办学机制。30多年来，学院形成了以石油天然气长输管道设计、施工、运营、管理专业为主，兼有机械、电子、计算机、外语、经济管理等多学科的人才培养体系；探索出了具有行业特色的校企相融，工学结合，培养高素质高技能人才的特色发展之路。2007年以优秀成绩通过教育部人才培养工作水平评估。

Adhering to the school-running guiding ideology of taking service as the purpose and employment as the orientation, the college has defined the development orientation of being based on enterprises, radiating Hebei and facing the whole country, and established a school-running mechanism combined with enterprise development and social needs. Over the past 30 years, the college has formed a talent training system focusing on the design, construction, operation and management of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, with multiple disciplines such as machinery, electronics, computer, foreign language and economic management. It has explored a characteristic development path of integrating schools with enterprises, combining work with study, and cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents with industry characteristics. In 2007, it passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Education's talent training work with excellent results.
