河北经贸大学经济管理学院成立于2001年7月，是经河北省人民政府批准、教育部确认的独立学院，由河北经贸大学按照新机制、新模式举办的全日制普通本科高等学校。学院坐落于石家庄市西南高教区，地理位置优越，交通便利，拥有良好的人文环境和教学氛围，是大学生理想的求学之地。

Founded in July 2001, the School of Economics and Management of Hebei University of Economics and Business is an independent college approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and confirmed by the Ministry of Education. It is a full-time ordinary undergraduate institution run by Hebei University of Economics and Business under a new mechanism and model. Located in the Southwest Higher Education Zone of Shijiazhuang, the college enjoys a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, a good humanistic environment and teaching atmosphere, making it an ideal place for college students to study.

学院教育教学设施完备，拥有图书馆2座，藏书91.3万余册，数字语音实验室座位数648个，多媒体教室座位数9435个，计算机机房、同步运行模拟证券市场、ERP实验中心、多功能学术报告厅等实训实验室35个。现设经济系、管理系、信息系、文法系、会计系、商务系等6个教学系，29个本科专业，涉及经济学、管理学、法学、文学、工学和理学六大学科门类，现有在校生9700余人。

The college has complete educational and teaching facilities, including 2 libraries with over 913,000 books, 648 seats in digital language laboratories, 9,435 seats in multimedia classrooms, and 35 training laboratories such as computer rooms, synchronously operating simulated stock markets, ERP experiment centers, and multi-functional academic lecture halls. It currently has 6 teaching departments: Department of Economics, Department of Management, Department of Information, Department of Humanities and Law, Department of Accounting, and Department of Business, offering 29 undergraduate majors covering six disciplines: economics, management, law, literature, engineering, and science, with over 9,700 students.

学院依靠河北经贸大学的智力资源优势，拥有一支德才兼备、学缘结构合理、专业素质良好的教师队伍，其中副教授以上职称教师占67%，硕士以上学位教师占85%。学院以立德树人为根本任务，坚持应用型本科教育，服务地方经济社会发展，积极探索人才培养新模式，近年来在全国各类学科竞赛中获国家级奖项百余项，与阿里巴巴、百盛百货等百余家单位建立校企合作关系，质量就业率在省内独立学院名列前茅。

Leveraging the intellectual resources of Hebei University of Economics and Business, the college has a faculty of moral integrity and professional competence with a reasonable academic background structure and good professional quality, among whom 67% have associate senior titles or above and 85% have master's degrees or above. With moral education as its fundamental task, the college adheres to applied undergraduate education, serves local economic and social development, and actively explores new talent training models. In recent years, it has won over 100 national awards in various academic competitions nationwide, established school-enterprise cooperation relationships with more than 100 units such as Alibaba and Parkson Department Store, and its quality employment rate ranks among the top independent colleges in the province.
