合肥经济学院（原安徽农业大学经济技术学院）系教育部批准的全日制普通本科高校，是安徽省人民政府学位委员会批准的学士学位授权单位。学校坚持“树德明理，蕴智强能”的办学理念，立足合肥，服务安徽，融入长三角，推进国际化，着力培养适应和促进区域经济发展的高素质应用型人才。

Hefei University of Economics (formerly the Economic and Technological College of Anhui Agricultural University) is a full-time ordinary undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education and a bachelor's degree authorization unit approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of Anhui Provincial People's Government. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Cultivating Morality and Reason, Accumulating Wisdom and Strengthening Ability", the university is based in Hefei, serves Anhui, integrates into the Yangtze River Delta, promotes internationalization, and strives to cultivate high-quality applied talents who can adapt to and promote regional economic development.

学校占地面积1200余亩，建筑面积40余万平方米；馆藏纸质图书124.4万册，电子图书100万册；拥有113个校内实验室，校外实践教学基地79个。现有46个本科专业，涵盖经济学、管理学、工学、艺术学、法学、文学、农学7个学科门类，其中5个省级一流专业，12个省级重点建设专业。

The university covers an area of more than 1,200 mu, with a building area of more than 400,000 square meters; it has a collection of 1.244 million paper books and 1 million e-books; it has 113 on-campus laboratories and 79 off-campus practical teaching bases. There are 46 undergraduate majors covering 7 disciplines including economics, management, engineering, art, law, literature, and agriculture, among which 5 are provincial first-class majors and 12 are provincial key construction majors.

学校专任教师570人，其中具有硕士学位以上教师394人，副高级专业技术职务以上教师248人（含教授94人），拥有省级教学团队16个、教学名师15人、教坛新秀33人。近年来获批省级质量工程613项、省级以上教学成果奖30项（其中国家级1项、省级特等奖1项），省部级科研项目120项，发表高质量学术论文821篇，取得专利授权46项。

The university has 570 full-time teachers, including 394 with master's degree or above, 248 with associate senior professional and technical positions or above (including 94 professors), 16 provincial teaching teams, 15 provincial teaching masters, and 33 provincial teaching rookies. In recent years, it has obtained 613 provincial quality engineering projects, 30 teaching achievement awards at or above the provincial level (including 1 national award and 1 provincial special prize), 120 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, 821 high-quality academic papers, and 46 patent authorizations.

学校设有金融学院、商学院等8个二级学院及2个教学部，先后荣获“安徽省优秀独立学院”“合肥市文明单位”“安徽省普通高校毕业生就业工作先进集体”等荣誉称号。

The university has 8 secondary colleges including the School of Finance and Business School, and 2 teaching departments. It has successively won honorary titles such as "Anhui Excellent Independent College", "Hefei Civilized Unit", and "Advanced Collective for Employment Work of College Graduates in Anhui Province".
