合肥理工学院（Hefei Institute of Technology）是一所经教育部批准，由合肥市人民政府举办的全日制普通本科高等学校，其前身为创建于2003年的安徽大学江淮学院。2021年6月，学校正式转设为公办本科高校并启用现名，是安徽省高等学校毕业生就业工作先进集体、标兵单位，以及民生工程高校学生资助工作考核优秀单位。

Hefei Institute of Technology is a full-time public undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Hefei Municipal People's Government. Its predecessor was the Jianghuai College of Anhui University, founded in 2003. In June 2021, the university was officially transformed into a public undergraduate institution and adopted its current name. It has been honored as an Advanced Collective and Model Unit for Graduate Employment Work among Anhui's colleges and universities, as well as an Excellent Unit in the assessment of student financial aid projects under people's livelihood programs.

学校位于合肥市巢湖半岛生态科学城，占地890亩，总建筑面积约55.7万平方米，办学规模约10000人（含研究生、留学生）。现设有13个二级学院（部），开设39个本科专业，涵盖工学、文学、经济学、法学、管理学、艺术学等7大学科门类，形成以应用型学科为主、多学科协调发展的专业体系，并重点打造理工特色学科群。

Located in the Chaohu Peninsula Ecological Science City of Hefei, the university covers an area of 890 mu (approximately 593,333 square meters) with a total construction area of about 557,000 square meters. It has a student enrollment capacity of around 10,000, including postgraduates and international students. The university currently comprises 13 secondary colleges (departments) offering 39 undergraduate programs across 7 disciplines: Engineering, Literature, Economics, Law, Management, and Art. It has established a professional system centered on applied disciplines with coordinated development across multiple fields, with a focus on building distinctive science and engineering discipline clusters.

依托合肥综合性国家科学中心优势，学校积极推进科产教融合，组建了涵盖聚变工程等前沿领域的专业师资队伍，并与中国科学院等离子体物理研究所、聚变新能（安徽）有限公司等单位深度合作，在能源科技、先进制造等领域形成特色办学方向。学校建有现代化学生公寓、实验室及运动设施，实行全封闭式管理，为学生提供优质学习生活环境。

Leveraging the advantages of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center, the university actively promotes the integration of science, industry, and education. It has formed a professional faculty team covering frontier fields such as fusion engineering and established in-depth collaborations with institutions like the Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Fusion New Energy (Anhui) Co., Ltd. The university has developed distinctive educational directions in energy technology, advanced manufacturing, and other areas. It boasts modern student dormitories, laboratories, and sports facilities, implementing a fully enclosed management system to provide students with a high-quality learning and living environment.
