合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校始建于1980年，是教育部批准最早的十所幼专之一，安徽省首批地方技能型高水平大学建设单位、高职发展标杆校。学校以“一切为儿童”为校训，形成“幼字特色、师范属性”的办学定位，享有“安徽省幼儿园园长摇篮”美誉，2024-2025年连续位列软科中国高职院校排行榜师范类院校全国第一。

Hefei Preschool Education College, founded in 1980, is one of the first ten preschool education colleges approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a key construction unit for local high-level skilled universities in Anhui Province and a model vocational college in the province. With the motto "All for Children", the college has established a distinctive school-running orientation featuring "preschool education focus and normal school attributes", and is renowned as "the cradle of kindergarten principals in Anhui". It ranked first nationwide among normal vocational colleges in the Soft Science China Vocational College Rankings for 2024-2025.

学校现有学林路、少荃湖两个校区，开设学前教育、特殊教育、小学教育等22个专业，拥有国家级骨干专业3个、实验实训基地1个、精品课程2门。师资队伍中硕士以上学历占比82.3%，正高级教师占比8.3%，建有国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队1个、省级教学团队23个。近五年获国家级教学成果二等奖2项，主持国家级科研项目6项，学生省级以上竞赛获奖789项。

The college has two campuses (Xuelin Road and Shaoquan Lake) and offers 22 programs including Preschool Education, Special Education, and Primary Education. It boasts 3 national-level key majors, 1 national experimental training base, and 2 national excellent courses. Among the faculty, 82.3% hold master's degrees or above, 8.3% are full professors, and there is 1 national vocational education teacher innovation team and 23 provincial teaching teams. In the past five years, it has won 2 second prizes in National Teaching Achievements, hosted 6 national-level research projects, and students have won 789 provincial and above awards in competitions.

学校构建“政校园协同”育人模式，与地方政府合作举办54所幼儿园（含6所特一类园），在校生规模超8000人，毕业生就业率连续保持95%以上，教师资格证获取率达98.5%。作为国家语言文字推广基地、安徽省双高计划建设单位，学校为社会培养培训幼教人才超11万名，定向培养乡村教师2000余人，形成“培养幼教精英、服务区域教育”的办学特色。

The college has developed a "government-college-kindergarten collaborative" education model, cooperating with local governments to run 54 kindergartens (including 6 top-tier special kindergartens). With over 8,000 students, it maintains a graduate employment rate of over 95% and a teacher qualification certificate acquisition rate of 98.5%. As a National Language Promotion Base and a key construction unit for the "Double High-Level Plan" in Anhui, the college has trained over 110,000 preschool education professionals and定向 cultivated more than 2,000 rural teachers, forming distinctive strengths in "cultivating preschool education elites and serving regional education development".
