香港都会大学（Hong Kong Metropolitan University, 简称HKMU）是中国香港九所公立大学之一，前身为1989年创立的香港公开大学，2021年9月正式更名。作为香港首间应用科学大学，学校以实践导向的应用型教育为特色，下设李兆基商学院、教育及语言学院、护理及健康学院等7个学院，提供本科至博士层次课程，涵盖商业、环境科学、教育技术、光电工程等多个领域。

Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) is one of the nine public universities in Hong Kong. Formerly known as the Open University of Hong Kong founded in 1989, it was officially renamed on September 2021. As Hong Kong's first applied science university, HKMU features practice-oriented education with 7 faculties including the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, Faculty of Education and Languages, and Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences. HKMU is renowned for its flexible learning modes, offering full-time, part-time, and weekend-intensive teaching options. Most master's programs have a duration of 1 year (full-time) or 2 years (part-time) with both autumn and spring intakes. Teaching languages include both Chinese and English, with some programs taught entirely in Mandarin. English requirements are flexible (e.g., accepting CET-6 scores as an alternative to IELTS/TOEFL). The university also welcomes diverse applicants such as those with undergraduate diplomas or associate degrees, focusing on practical experience and interview performance.

作为粤港澳高校联盟成员，学校积极推动产学研结合，与全球企业合作提供实习补贴及海外沉浸项目，并在肇庆筹备新校区以拓展大湾区教育合作。其学位获教育部留服认证，毕业生可申请香港IANG签证，留港就业率及起薪具有竞争力，尤其在环保、商科等领域表现突出。

As a member of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau University Alliance, HKMU actively promotes industry-academia-research integration, providing internship subsidies and overseas immersion programs through partnerships with global enterprises. It is also preparing a new campus in Zhaoqing to expand educational cooperation in the Greater Bay Area. HKMU degrees are recognized by China's Ministry of Education, and graduates can apply for Hong Kong's IANG visa.
