黑龙江幼儿师范高等专科学校是国家教育部于2007年3月16日正式批准成立的公办普通高等院校，其历史可追溯至1906年清政府在宁古塔（现宁安市）两等小学附设的师范学堂。1990年后，由牡丹江师范学校、宁安师范学校、牡丹江幼儿师范学校合并组建，是全国最早成立的三所幼儿师专之一，也是东北地区唯一一所幼儿师范高等专科学校，坐落于黑龙江省牡丹江市。

Heilongjiang Preschool Education College is a public ordinary higher education institution officially approved by the Ministry of Education on March 16, 2007. Its history dates back to the Normal School attached to the Two-level Primary School in Ningguta (now Ning'an City) established by the Qing government in 1906. After 1990, it was formed by the merger of Mudanjiang Normal School, Ning'an Normal School, and Mudanjiang Preschool Normal School. It is one of the first three preschool normal colleges in China and the only preschool normal college in Northeast China, located in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province.

学校现有主校区和东校区，总占地面积17.6万平方米，建筑面积7.8万平方米，固定资产总额1.27亿元，教学仪器设备值4908.2万元，图书馆藏书42.14万册。设有9个教学系部，开设学前教育、早期教育、特殊教育等13个师范类专业及幼儿发展与健康管理等10个非师范类专业，全日制专科生5506人。教职工383人，其中副高级以上职称教师158人，博士及在读博士10人，硕士154人，双师型教师163人，拥有省级教学团队、精品课程及多项国家级、省级荣誉称号。

The college has two campuses (main campus and east campus) with a total area of 176,000 square meters and a building area of 78,000 square meters. Its fixed assets total 127 million yuan, with teaching equipment worth 49.082 million yuan and a library collection of 421,400 books. It has 9 teaching departments, offering 13 teacher education programs (e.g., Preschool Education, Early Childhood Education, Special Education) and 10 non-teacher education programs (e.g., Child Development and Health Management), with 5,506 full-time college students. The faculty consists of 383 staff, including 158 associate senior title teachers, 10 doctors and doctoral candidates, 154 masters, and 163 "double-qualified" teachers. It has provincial-level teaching teams, excellent courses, and multiple national and provincial honors.
