哈尔滨幼儿师范高等专科学校（院校代码：14425）始建于1952年，是由哈尔滨市人民政府主办的公立全日制普通高等专科学校。学校坐落于黑龙江省省会哈尔滨市主城区香坊区香东街9号，校园占地面积27万平方米，建筑面积10万平方米，目前在校生人数7400余人。作为黑龙江省学前教育人才培养、培训、研究基地和哈尔滨市高技能人才培训基地，学校先后荣获全国办学先进单位、黑龙江省省级文明单位标兵、黑龙江省文明校园标兵、哈尔滨市三育人工作先进集体、哈尔滨市劳动模范集体等荣誉，为社会培养了数万名高素质应用型人才。

Harbin Preschool Teachers College (institution code: 14425) was founded in 1952 and is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college sponsored by the Harbin Municipal People's Government. Located at No. 9 Xiangdong Street, Xiangfang District, the main urban area of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang Province, the campus covers an area of 270,000 square meters with a building area of 100,000 square meters, and currently has more than 7,400 students. As a talent training, training and research base for preschool education in Heilongjiang Province and a high-skilled talent training base in Harbin, the school has successively won honors such as National Advanced School Running Unit, Heilongjiang Provincial Civilized Unit Model, Heilongjiang Provincial Civilized Campus Model, Harbin Advanced Collective for Three-education Work, and Harbin Model Worker Collective, cultivating tens of thousands of high-quality applied talents for the society.

学校坚持师范教育与职业教育融合发展，目前开设学前教育、特殊教育等8个师范类以及婴幼儿托育服务与管理、传播与策划等11个非师范类专业。学前教育专业顺利通过普通高等学校师范类专业认证（二级），组建的学前教育专业群、儿童艺术教育专业群、婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业群、传播与策划专业群成功入选黑龙江省高水平专业群建设项目。学校注重产教融合协同育人，建有76个高规格校内实训场地与数智化育人平台，与省内外百余个实践实习基地合作，牵头组建哈尔滨学前教育职业教育集团，成立哈尔滨学前教育产业学院并入选黑龙江省首批职业教育示范性现代产业学院培育建设项目。

The school adheres to the integrated development of normal education and vocational education, and currently offers 8 normal majors such as Preschool Education and Special Education, as well as 11 non-normal majors such as Infant Care Service and Management, and Communication and Planning. The Preschool Education major has successfully passed the certification for normal majors in ordinary colleges and universities (Level 2). The established professional groups including Preschool Education, Children's Art Education, Infant Care Service and Management, and Communication and Planning have been selected into the Heilongjiang Provincial High-level Professional Group Construction Project. The school focuses on industry-education integration and collaborative education, with 76 high-standard on-campus training venues and digital intelligence education platforms, cooperating with more than 100 practice and internship bases inside and outside the province. It takes the lead in establishing the Harbin Preschool Education Vocational Education Group, and has established the Harbin Preschool Education Industry College, which was selected into the first batch of Heilongjiang Provincial Vocational Education Demonstrative Modern Industry College Cultivation and Construction Projects.

学校秉承“人本、法治、求是”办学理念，以“为学为师、至真至美”为校训，坚持五育并举，深入推进课堂教学改革和岗课赛证融通育人。2024年专升本升学人数占毕业生总数34%，毕业生就业率达到90.83%，在全省高职院校中排名第二，在78所普通高等学校中排名第六。学校持续引领地区幼教行业创新发展，承办黑龙江省骨干幼儿园园长、骨干教师国培项目，推进实施乡村幼教振兴行动计划，助力龙江学前教育普惠优质发展。
