黑龙江工商学院是教育部批准的全日制普通本科高校，成立于2002年，前身为东北农业大学成栋学院，2015年5月转设更名为黑龙江工商学院。学校由哈尔滨祥阁企业管理有限公司举办，立足龙江、面向全国，服务区域经济社会发展，形成了以商科为优势，工、管、艺、经、文等多学科协调发展的专业布局。

Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology is a full-time ordinary undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. Founded in 2002, it was formerly known as Chengdong College of Northeast Agricultural University and renamed Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology in May 2015. Sponsored by Harbin Xiangge Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., the university is rooted in Longjiang, oriented to the whole country, and serves regional economic and social development, forming a professional layout with business as its advantage and coordinated development of engineering, management, art, economics, literature and other disciplines.

学校在哈尔滨市拥有松北、哈南两个校区，在江苏省南通市（海安）建有产教融合园区，总占地63.79万平方米，教学行政用房14.94万平方米。现有全日制在校生近1.2万人，设有8个学院、2个教学部，开设26个本科专业，其中轨道交通类专业为黑龙江省内普通高校独有特色。拥有2座图书馆、111个实验室及98个校外实习基地，纸质图书125.27万册，电子图书173.30万册，建成十万兆核心校园网络，教学科研仪器设备总值近1.2亿元。

The university has two campuses in Songbei and Hanan in Harbin, and an industry-education integration park in Haian, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, covering a total area of 637,900 square meters with 149,400 square meters of teaching and administrative rooms. It currently has nearly 12,000 full-time students, 8 colleges, 2 teaching departments, and 26 undergraduate majors, among which rail transit majors are unique to ordinary universities in Heilongjiang Province. It has 2 libraries, 111 laboratories and 98 off-campus internship bases, with 1.2527 million paper books, 1.7330 million e-books, a 100-gigabit core campus network, and teaching and research equipment worth nearly 120 million yuan.

学校坚持“育人为本、质量立校、学企融合、创新发展”办学理念，现有专任教师586人，其中副高级以上职称125人，双师型教师104人。近三年获教育部产学合作项目7项、省级教改项目82项，学生在“互联网+”“蓝桥杯”等竞赛中获省级以上奖项769项。建有国家AAA级景区黑龙江铁道文化馆，“四维一体”文化育人项目获评教育部思政工作精品项目，先后荣获“全国民办教育先进集体”“省级文明校园”等称号。

In the past three years, it has obtained 7 industry-education cooperation projects from the Ministry of Education and 82 provincial-level educational reform projects. Students have won 769 provincial and above awards in competitions such as "Internet+" and "Lanqiao Cup". It has built Heilongjiang Railway Culture Museum, a national AAA-level scenic spot, and its "four-dimensional integration" cultural education project was rated as an excellent project of ideological and political work by the Ministry of Education. It has successively won titles such as "National Advanced Collective of Private Education" and "Provincial Civilized Campus".
