黑龙江护理高等专科学校坐落于国家历史文化名城哈尔滨，是经教育部批准成立的公立全日制高职（专科）院校。学校始建于1948年，历经五校合并发展，形成南岗、阿城、松北、北安、黑河五个校区，占地面积98.22万平方米，固定资产总值8.08亿元，教学仪器设备总值1.71亿元，图书66万余册。作为黑龙江省唯一一所卫生健康类高水平高职院校，学校是国家首批1+X证书试点院校、国家级卫生健康类双师型教师培训基地，开设护理、康复治疗技术、药学等18个专业，全日制在校生11501人，近三年年终就业率稳定在95%以上。

Heilongjiang Nursing College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education, located in Harbin, a national historical and cultural city. Founded in 1948, the college has developed through the merger of five schools, now having five campuses in Nangang, Acheng, Songbei, Bei'an and Heihe, covering an area of 982,200 square meters with a total fixed asset value of 808 million yuan, teaching equipment worth 171 million yuan, and over 660,000 books. As the only high-level vocational college specializing in health care in Heilongjiang Province, it is a national pilot college for the 1+X certificate system and a national training base for dual-qualified teachers in health care. The college offers 18 majors including Nursing, Rehabilitation Therapy Technology and Pharmacy, with 11,501 full-time students and an annual employment rate of over 95% in recent three years.

学校师资力量雄厚，现有教职工638人，其中博士研究生28人，高级职称占比35.8%，双师型教师占比80%，拥有国务院特殊津贴专家、全国优秀教师等省级以上人才。护理专业为国家级骨干专业，建有10所直属及非直属附属医院、100余个实习实训基地，与北京协和医院、解放军301医院等70余家三甲医院建立定向实习就业合作。学校秉承“入校是学生，出校是天使”的办学理念，累计培养十万余名卫生健康技术技能人才，荣获“全国文明单位”“黄炎培职业教育优秀学校”等荣誉称号。

The college boasts a strong teaching faculty of 638 staff, including 28 doctoral students, 35.8% with senior professional titles, and 80% dual-qualified teachers. It has experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, national excellent teachers and other provincial-level talents. The Nursing major is a national key major, with 10 affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals and over 100 internship and training bases. It has established定向 internship and employment cooperation with more than 70 Grade A tertiary hospitals including Peking Union Medical College Hospital and PLA 301 Hospital. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Entering as students, graduating as angels", the college has cultivated over 100,000 health technical talents and won honors such as "National Civilized Unit" and "Huang Yanpei Excellent Vocational Education School".
