黑龙江林业职业技术学院是经黑龙江省政府批准、教育部备案，面向全国招生的公办全日制普通高等职业院校。学院始建于1958年，2001年由原牡丹江林业学校、牡丹江林业师范学校等五所院校合并组建，坐落于风景秀丽的黑龙江省牡丹江市，现有在校生8000余人。

Heilongjiang Forestry Vocational & Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, enrolling students nationwide. Founded in 1958, the college was formed by the merger of five institutions including the former Mudanjiang Forestry School and Mudanjiang Forestry Normal School in 2001. It is located in the scenic city of Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province, with over 8,000 students currently enrolled.

学院以林科教育为特色，设有生态工程学院、家居工程学院等8个二级学院，开办35个专业，其中国家骨干专业1个、省级高水平专业群6个。校园占地36.8万平方米，环境优雅，素有“丹江第一园”美誉，是国家高技能人才培训基地、教育部现代学徒制试点院校。

With forestry education as its特色, the college has 8 secondary colleges including the College of Ecological Engineering and the College of Home Engineering, offering 35 majors. Among them, there is 1 national key major and 6 provincial high-level professional groups. Covering an area of 368,000 square meters, the campus is elegantly environment and known as "Danjiang First Garden". It is a national high-skilled talent training base and a pilot college for the modern apprenticeship system of the Ministry of Education.
