湖南电子科技职业学院是经湖南省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制民办普通高等职业院校，坐落于湖南省长沙市，现有北校区（望城区旺旺西路158号）和东校区（浏阳经济技术开发区金阳大道3050号）两个校区。学校以“厚德强能、求是致远”为校训，秉承“专家治校、名师治学”的办学理念，致力于培养德智体美劳全面发展的高技术技能应用型人才，目前在校学生15000余人。

Hunan Vocational College of Electronic and Technology is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in Changsha, Hunan Province, it has two campuses: the North Campus (No. 158 Wangwang West Road, Wangcheng District) and the East Campus (No. 3050 Jinyang Avenue, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone). 学校教学实力突出，拥有一支以教授为核心、中青年骨干教师为主体的专兼职教师队伍650余人，双师型教师占比达62.58%，并长期聘请中南大学、长沙理工大学等高校教师及企业技术骨干执教。教学设施完备，设有6个中央财政支持的实验实训基地，涵盖信息技术、加工制造、土木水利、文化艺术、财经商贸、医药卫生等六大专业大类，形成了以电子信息工程技术、计算机网络技术等市级重点专业为特色的办学格局。

The college has outstanding teaching strength, with a team of more than 650 full-time and part-time teachers, mainly composed of professors and middle-aged and young backbone teachers, among whom 62.58% are "double-qualified" teachers. It also long-term employs teachers from Central South University, Changsha University of Science and Technology and other universities as well as enterprise technical backbones to teach. Equipped with complete teaching facilities, it has 6 experimental training bases supported by the central finance, covering six major professional categories including information technology, processing and manufacturing, civil engineering and water conservancy, culture and art, finance and commerce, and medicine and health, forming a school-running pattern featuring municipal key majors such as electronic information engineering technology and computer network technology.
