海南警察学院是由海南省人民政府举办、省公安厅主管、省教育厅负责业务管理与指导的公办普通本科高等学校，于2025年正式成立并首次招生。学院位于海南省海口市秀英区定海大道1号，东山校区土地面积1021亩，警务训练基地土地面积241亩，总建筑面积15.64万平方米，教学科研设施齐全，馆藏纸质图书51.7万册。

Hainan Police College is a public ordinary undergraduate higher education institution sponsored by the People's Government of Hainan Province, administered by the Provincial Public Security Department, and under the business management and guidance of the Provincial Department of Education. It was officially established and enrolled students for the first time in 2025. The college is located at No. 1 Dinghai Avenue, Xiuying District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, with the Dongshan Campus covering an area of 1021 mu, the police training base covering 241 mu, a total construction area of 156,400 square meters, complete teaching and research facilities, and a collection of 517,000 paper books.

学院坚持政治建校、从严治校，秉承“忠清为正、文武以成”的校训，以公安学、公安技术为主干学科，首设侦查学、边防管理、网络安全与执法3个公安类本科专业及法学1个普通类本科专业。现有专任教师301人，其中副高级以上职称177人，硕士研究生以上学历教师150人，形成专兼结合的高水平师资队伍，致力于培养忠诚干净担当的高素质公安铁军，服务海南自由贸易港安全发展。

Adhering to the school-running policy of "building the school through politics and governing the school strictly" and the school motto of "Loyalty and Integrity as Righteousness, Civil and Military Achievements", the college takes public security studies and public security technology as its main disciplines, and initially offers 3 public security undergraduate majors including Investigation Studies, Border Defense Management, and Cyber Security and Law Enforcement, as well as 1 ordinary undergraduate major in Law. There are 301 full-time teachers, including 177 with associate senior titles or above and 150 with master's degree or above, forming a high-level faculty combining full-time and part-time teachers, committed to cultivating a high-quality public security team with loyalty, cleanliness and responsibility to serve the safe development of Hainan Free Trade Port.
