哈尔滨传媒职业学院创办于1993年，是经黑龙江省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制普通高等学校，主管单位为黑龙江省教育厅，国标代码13302，黑龙江省报考代码4414。学校前身为哈尔滨现代公共关系职业学院，2013年正式更名为哈尔滨传媒职业学院，2018年被批准为单考单招试点院校，现有电影学院、创意产业学院、管理学院和专升本学院四个教学二级分院，开设舞蹈编导、影视编导、播音与主持、视觉传达设计、大数据与会计、市场营销等22个招生专业。

Harbin Vocational College of Media was founded in 1993. It is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is under the supervision of the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, with the national standard code 13302 and the Heilongjiang Province application code 4414. Formerly known as Harbin Modern Public Relations Vocational College, it was officially renamed Harbin Vocational College of Media in 2013 and approved as a pilot institution for separate entrance examination and single enrollment in 2018. Currently, it has four teaching secondary colleges: the Film Academy, the Creative Industry College, the School of Management, and the College of Upgrading from Junior College to University, offering 22 enrollment majors such as Choreography, Film and Television Directing, Broadcasting and Hosting, Visual Communication Design, Big Data and Accounting, and Marketing.

学校拥有两个校区，一校区位于哈尔滨市南岗区京哈公路13.5公里处，二校区位于哈尔滨市松花路88号，总占地面积240亩，建筑面积10.8万平方米，配备有教学楼、实训楼、艺术中心、演播室、录音棚等完善的教学与生活设施。师资队伍中副高职称以上教师占比20.28%，硕士研究生学位以上教师占比42.25%，双师型教师占比40%，近年来荣获黑龙江省高校系统文明校园、学生工作先进单位等多项荣誉称号，累计为社会培养应用型人才8万余人。

The college has two campuses: the first campus is located at 13.5 kilometers of Jingsha Highway, Nangang District, Harbin, and the second campus is located at No. 88 Songhua Road, Harbin, with a total area of 240 mu and a building area of 108,000 square meters. It is equipped with complete teaching and living facilities such as teaching buildings, training buildings, art centers, studios, and recording studios. Among the teaching staff, teachers with associate senior titles or above account for 20.28%, teachers with master's degrees or above account for 42.25%, and double-qualified teachers account for 40%. In recent years, it has won many honorary titles such as Civilized Campus of Heilongjiang Provincial College System and Advanced Unit of Student Work, and has cultivated more than 80,000 applied talents for the society.
