哈尔滨师范大学（Harbin Normal University），简称哈师大（HRBNU），坐落于素有“冰城夏都”美誉的历史文化名城哈尔滨市，是一所以教师教育为特色，文、理、艺、经、管等多学科协调发展的省属重点大学，黑龙江省“双一流”国内一流大学建设高校。学校入选教育部卓越教师培养计划、中西部高校基础能力建设工程，是教育部本科教学工作水平评估优秀学校、国家级一流本科专业建设点、国家级特色专业建设点、中国政府奖学金来华留学生接收院校，也是黑龙江省重点建设的高水平大学。

学校创建于1951年，其前身肇始于1929年创办的东省特别区美术专门学校，1947年更名为松江省立行知师范学校，后经历哈尔滨师范专科学校（1951-1956年）、哈尔滨师范学院（1956-1980年）等重要发展时期，1980年定名为哈尔滨师范大学。学校具有完备的学士、硕士、博士学位授予体系，拥有博士学位授权一级学科9个，硕士学位授权一级学科22个，专业硕士学位授权类别8个，博士后科研流动站6个，是全国教育硕士专业学位研究生联合培养示范基地。材料科学学科进入ESI全球排名前1%。

Founded in 1951, the university traces its origins to the Special Zone of the Eastern Provinces Art College established in 1929. It was renamed Songjiang Provincial Xingzhi Normal School in 1947, and went through important development stages such as Harbin Normal College (1951 - 1956) and Harbin Normal University (1956 - 1980). It was officially named Harbin Normal University in 1980. The university has a complete system for granting bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, with 9 first - level disciplines authorized for doctoral degrees, 22 first - level disciplines authorized for master's degrees, 8 professional master's degree authorization categories, and 6 post - doctoral research mobile stations. It is a national demonstration base for joint training of postgraduate students in education master's professional degrees. Its materials science discipline has entered the top 1% of ESI global rankings.
