哈尔滨华德学院（HHDU）是教育部批准的全日制普通本科高校，前身为1992年创办的哈尔滨工业大学华德应用技术学院，是黑龙江省内同类院校中最早开展本科教育的高校。学校秉承“诚毅、求真、笃学、强技”的校训，致力于培养应用型拔尖人才，已为国家和社会输送高素质应用型人才逾5万人，在校生规模达1.2万余人。作为中国应用技术大学（学院）联盟首批理事单位，学校连续四年进入中国民办大学排名前20强，以“985基因、工程师摇篮、500强就业”的品牌特色享誉社会。

Harbin Huade University (HHDU) is a full-time ordinary undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was the Huade Institute of Applied Technology of Harbin Institute of Technology, founded in 1992, making it the earliest university in Heilongjiang Province to offer undergraduate education among similar institutions. Adhering to the school motto of "Sincerity, Determination, Truth-Seeking, Learning, and Skill-Enhancing", the university is committed to cultivating applied top-notch talents, having delivered over 50,000 high-quality applied talents to the country and society, with a student population of over 12,000. As a founding member of the China Alliance of Applied Technology Universities (Colleges), it has ranked among the top 20 private universities in China for four consecutive years, renowned for its brand characteristics of "985 genes, cradle of engineers, and employment in Fortune 500 companies".

学校设有14个二级教学单位，开设40个本科专业，涵盖工学、管理学、经济学、文学、艺术学五大学科门类。其中通信工程专业为黑龙江省重点建设学科，焊接技术与工程专业是省首批“卓越工程师教育培养计划”试点专业，交通运输专业为省重点专业。校内建有13个大型实践教学中心（含203间实验室、模拟车间等），并与吉利控股、西门子等12家世界500强企业共建产业学院，形成“学术+实践”双能力培养体系。校园内还设有东北烈士纪念馆分馆、国防教育广场等红色文化育人基地，被誉为“哈尔滨新区的文化名片”。

The university has 14 secondary teaching units offering 40 undergraduate programs, covering five disciplines: engineering, management, economics, literature, and art. Among them, the Communication Engineering program is a key construction discipline in Heilongjiang Province, the Welding Technology and Engineering program is a pilot program of the province's first "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program", and the Transportation program is a provincial key program. The university has built 13 large-scale practical teaching centers (including 203 laboratories, simulation workshops, etc.) and established industry colleges with 12 Fortune 500 companies such as Geely Holding and Siemens, forming a dual-capability cultivation system of "academics + practice". The campus also houses red culture education bases such as the branch of the Northeast Martyrs Memorial Hall and the National Defense Education Square, known as the "cultural card of Harbin New Area".
