菏泽医学专科学校建校于1950年，是一所省属公办全日制普通高等医学专科院校，隶属山东省卫生健康委员会领导和管理，接受省教育厅的管理和指导。学校坐落于中国牡丹之都——菏泽市，占地面积1200亩，校舍建筑总面积37.71万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值1.09亿元，图书馆纸质图书96万册，电子图书资源7.48Tb。学校始终坚持社会主义办学方向，牢固树立立德树人根本宗旨，秉持“悬壶济世、孜孜以求”的校训精神，为党和国家培养了大批高素质技能型医疗卫生人才。

Heze Medical College was founded in 1950 and is a public full-time ordinary higher medical college under the leadership and management of Shandong Provincial Health Commission, and under the management and guidance of the Provincial Department of Education. Located in Heze City, the Capital of Peonies in China, the college covers an area of 1200 mu with a total building area of 377,100 square meters. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 109 million yuan, with 960,000 paper books in the library and 7.48Tb of electronic book resources. Adhering to the socialist orientation in running schools, the college firmly establishes the fundamental purpose of fostering virtue through education and upholds the school motto of "Committing to Healing and Pursuing Excellence", having cultivated a large number of high-quality skilled medical and health talents for the Party and the country.

学校现有临床医学、护理、药学等14个专业，其中临床医学专业为首批全国职业院校健康服务类示范专业点、中央财政支持重点建设专业和省级特色专业；护理专业为中央财政支持重点建设专业、省级特色专业和品牌专业。拥有专任教师553人，其中副高级以上专业技术职务191人，“双师型”教师312人，省级教学团队3个，山东省教学名师、省级优秀教师13人。直属附属医院1所，非直属附属医院3所，教学医院及实践教学医院108所，为学生实践能力培养提供了坚实保障。

The college currently offers 14 majors including Clinical Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy. Among them, Clinical Medicine is the first national demonstration professional point for health services in vocational colleges, a key construction major supported by the central finance, and a provincial characteristic major. 近年来，学校在教学科研、文化传播等方面成绩显著，先后承担教育部、省市级教科研课题162项，获国家专利59项，发表核心期刊论文120篇；学生团队在全国及省级外语大赛、红色故事讲解大赛中屡获佳绩。学校先后荣获省级文明单位、省级文明校园、山东省普通高等学校教学管理先进单位等荣誉称号，为区域医疗卫生事业发展作出了重要贡献。

In recent years, the college has achieved remarkable results in teaching, scientific research, and cultural communication. It has successively undertaken 162 teaching and research projects at the ministerial, provincial and municipal levels, obtained 59 national patents, and published 120 core journal papers. Student teams have won many awards in national and provincial foreign language competitions and red story telling competitions.
