集宁师范学院位于内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市，办学历史悠久、文化积淀深厚。1931年，原绥远省在集宁创办绥远省立第二师范学校，开启了乌兰察布近现代师范教育的先河。1958年，国务院批准成立乌兰察布盟师范专科学校；2009年，教育部批准在集宁师范高等专科学校基础上建立集宁师范学院，2013年获得学士学位授予权，2017年被列为自治区整体转型发展试点学校，2021年成为全区“三全育人”综合改革试点高校及国家通用语言文字推广基地。

Jining Normal University is located in Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a long history and profound cultural heritage. In 1931, the former Suiyuan Province founded Suiyuan Provincial No. 2 Normal School in Jining, pioneering modern teacher education in Ulanqab. In 1958, the State Council approved the establishment of Ulanqab League Teachers College; in 2009, the Ministry of Education approved the upgrading to Jining Normal University on the basis of Jining Teachers College. It obtained the right to grant bachelor's degrees in 2013, was listed as an autonomous region-level pilot university for overall transformation and development in 2017, and became a pilot university for the "Three-All Education" comprehensive reform and a national base for promoting standard Chinese language in 2021.

学校现有三个校区，总占地面积1617亩，建筑面积33.83万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值1.99亿元，图书馆纸质藏书150.52万册、电子图书108万册。设有19个二级学院、34个本科专业，其中国家级一流本科专业建设点1个、自治区级一流本科专业建设点11个，全日制在校生12404人，本科生占比达91.87%。已建成内蒙古哲学社会科学重点研究基地、自治区级重点实验室等多层次科研创新平台，《集宁师范学院学报》为国家首批A类学术期刊。

The university has three campuses covering a total area of 1,617 mu (107.8 hectares) with a building area of 338,300 square meters. The total value of teaching and research equipment is 199 million yuan, with 1.5052 million paper books and 1.08 million e-books in the library. It comprises 19 secondary colleges offering 34 undergraduate programs, including 1 national-level first-class undergraduate program construction site and 11 autonomous region-level ones. The full-time student population is 12,404, with undergraduates accounting for 91.87%. It has established multi-level scientific research platforms such as the Inner Mongolia Key Research Base for Philosophy and Social Sciences and autonomous region-level key laboratories. The "Journal of Jining Normal University" is among the first batch of national Class A academic journals.
