江苏航运职业技术学院是一所经江苏省人民政府批准设置的全日制普通高等学校，隶属于江苏省交通运输厅，由省交通运输厅与南通市人民政府共建。学校前身是1960年创办的江苏省南通河运学校，历经多次更名与升格，2020年正式更为现名。作为中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位、国家优质高职院校，学校以航运类专业为特色，培养了大批交通运输领域技术技能人才。

Jiangsu Shipping College is a full-time public higher education institution approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. Affiliated to the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation, it is co-constructed by the Provincial Department of Transportation and Nantong Municipal Government. Founded in 1960 as Jiangsu Nantong River Transport School, the college has undergone multiple name changes and upgrades, officially adopting its current name in 2020. As a construction unit of China's high-level vocational colleges with distinctive features and a national high-quality vocational college, it specializes in shipping-related programs and has cultivated numerous technical talents in the transportation sector.

学校坐落于江苏省南通市经济技术开发区，校园占地面积近1000亩，校舍建筑面积达36万平方米。设有7个二级学院和2个公共课教学单位，开设40个专业，全日制学生13000余人。拥有国家级教学团队、技能大师工作室等教学资源，形成了学历教育与职业培训并重的办学格局，年职业培训规模超2万人次。

Located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the college covers an area of nearly 1,000 mu with a building area of 360,000 square meters.
