江苏理工学院（英文名：Jiangsu University of Technology）是江苏省主管的理工类公办本科高校，坐落于国家历史文化名城、长江三角洲重要的现代制造业基地——江苏省常州市。学校创建于1984年，前身为常州职业师范学院，历经常州技术师范学院、江苏技术师范学院等发展阶段，2012年更名为江苏理工学院。作为硕士学位授予单位，学校是教育部本科教学工作水平评估优秀单位、全国首批职教师资培养培训重点建设基地和江苏省首批决策咨询重点研究基地。

Jiangsu University of Technology (JSUT) is a public undergraduate institution of science and engineering under the administration of Jiangsu Province, located in Changzhou City, a national historical and cultural city and an important modern manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta. Founded in 1984 as Changzhou Vocational Normal College, the university has undergone several developmental stages, including Changzhou Technical Normal College and Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology, before adopting its current name in 2012. As a master's degree-granting institution, it has been awarded Excellent in the Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation by the Ministry of Education, and is recognized as a national key base for vocational teacher training and a provincial key research base for policy consultation in Jiangsu.

截至2025年2月，学校各类校舍建筑面积50多万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值3.2亿多元，中外文藏书198万多册；设有20多个教学科研单位，开设64个本科专业，拥有14个硕士学位授权点，形成以工科为主、多学科协调发展的办学格局。现有教职工1600多人，专任教师近1300人，全日制在校本科生20000多人（含留学生）、硕士研究生1200多人。学校紧密对接长三角产业发展需求，建有新能源汽车动力电池、工业互联网等省级重点产业学院，在绿色制造、智能制造、资源循环利用等领域形成特色优势，近五年获省部级科研成果奖近60项，国家授权发明专利1200余件。

As of February 2025, the university has a total campus building area of over 500,000 square meters, teaching and research equipment worth more than 320 million yuan, and a collection of over 1.98 million Chinese and foreign language books. It comprises more than 20 teaching and research units, offering 64 undergraduate programs and 14 master's degree programs, forming a discipline structure focused on engineering with coordinated development of multiple disciplines. The university employs over 1,600 staff members, including nearly 1,300 full-time teachers, and has a student body of over 20,000 full-time undergraduates (including international students) and more than 1,200 postgraduates. Closely aligned with industrial development needs in the Yangtze River Delta, it has established provincial key industrial colleges in new energy vehicle power batteries and industrial internet. The university has developed distinctive strengths in green manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and resource recycling, having won nearly 60 provincial-level scientific research awards and obtained over 1,200 national invention patents in the past five years.
