江苏科技大学苏州理工学院是由江苏科技大学与张家港市金城投资发展有限公司合作举办的独立学院，前身为2002年成立的江苏科技大学南徐学院，2012年6月正式更名并迁址至江苏省苏州市张家港市。学校占地856亩，建筑面积27万平方米，现有在校生5400余人，下设船舶与建筑工程学院、机电与动力工程学院、冶金工程学院等七个二级学院，开设22个本科专业。

Jiangsu University of Science and Technology Suzhou Institute of Technology is an independent college co-founded by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology and Zhangjiagang Jincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. Formerly known as Nanxu College of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology established in 2002, it was officially renamed and relocated to Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province in June 2012. Covering an area of 856 mu with a building area of 270,000 square meters, the university has over 5,400 students and seven secondary colleges including the School of Naval Architecture and Civil Engineering, the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering, and the School of Metallurgical Engineering, offering 22 undergraduate programs.
