江西婺源茶业职业学院(Jiangxi Wuyuan Tea Vocational College)是全国唯一一所以茶命名的公办特色高职院校,坐落于“中国最美乡村”——婺源,属专科层次普通高等学校,由上饶市人民政府主管,校址位于江西省婺源县思口路88号。学院历史悠久、底蕴深厚,2013年与江西农业大学合作办学,填补了江西省涉茶本科专业教育的空白;2018年3月经江西省人民政府批准正式设立,秉承“穷理笃行”校训,以培育学生“匠人精神”为己任,实施“人才强校”战略,注重职业道德与职业技能教育融合。
Jiangxi Wuyuan Tea Vocational College is the only public vocational college named after tea in China, located in Wuyuan, known as "the most beautiful village in China". It is a public higher vocational college at the junior college level, administered by the上饶 Municipal People's Government, with its campus at No. 88 Sikou Road, Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province. With a long history and profound heritage, the college collaborated with Jiangxi Agricultural University in 2013, filling the gap in undergraduate education related to tea in Jiangxi Province. Officially established in March 2018 with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, it upholds the motto of "Seeking Truth and Practicing Earnestly" and is committed to cultivating students' "craftsman spirit" through the "Talent-Strengthening School" strategy, focusing on the integration of professional ethics and vocational skills education.
学院立足现代服务业,以茶产业为核心特色,是中华茶文化传承与创新国家级职业教育专业教学资源库参建单位、全国茶业产教融合共同体副理事长单位、江西省茶叶学会支撑单位,同时为国家级茶艺师、评茶员职业资格考评鉴定单位及省级非物质文化遗产“婺源茶艺”“婺源绿茶制作工艺”传承基地。现有专任教师120余人,其中国家级产业发展顾问、茶叶学会专家、非遗传承人等师资力量雄厚,并建有婺女洲旅游度假区、篁岭景区等产教融合教学基地,开设茶艺与茶文化、茶叶生产与加工技术、学前教育、旅游管理等15个高职专业,形成“茶文旅融合、产学研一体”的办学模式。
Rooted in modern service industry with tea industry as its core feature, the college is a participating unit of the National Vocational Education Professional Teaching Resource Database for the Inheritance and Innovation of Chinese Tea Culture, vice-chairman unit of the National Tea Industry-Education Integration Community, and a supporting unit of Jiangxi Tea Society. It also serves as a national vocational qualification assessment and certification unit for tea artists and tea evaluators, as well as a inheritance base for provincial intangible cultural heritage items "Wuyuan Tea Art" and "Wuyuan Green Tea Production Technology". With over 120 full-time teachers, including national industrial development consultants, tea society experts, and intangible cultural heritage inheritors, the college has strong faculty. It has established industry-education integration teaching bases such as Wunvzhou Tourist Resort and Huangling Scenic Area, offering 15 vocational majors including Tea Art and Culture, Tea Production and Processing Technology, Preschool Education, and Tourism Management, forming a school-running model of "integration of tea, culture and tourism, and integration of production, education and research".
