先皇技术学院（King Mongkut's Institute of Technology）是泰国重点技术与科学大学之一，其前身为1960年创建的暖武里府电信学校。1965年，泰国教育部将暖武里电信学院、拍那空北技术学院和吞武力技术学院整合，统一命名为先皇技术学院，后发展为多校区办学模式，校名取自拉玛四世国王，彰显其在泰国高等教育中的历史地位。

King Mongkut's Institute of Technology is one of Thailand's key universities for technology and science. Its predecessor was the Nonthaburi Telecommunications School founded in 1960. In 1965, Thailand's Ministry of Education integrated the Nonthaburi Telecommunications College, Phranakhon North Technical College, and Thonburi Technical College into a unified institution named King Mongkut's Institute of Technology, which later developed into a multi-campus university. The name, derived from King Mongkut (Rama IV), highlights its historical status in Thai higher education.

With engineering and technical education as its core strengths, the university, though not as renowned as some top Thai institutions, has gained wide recognition for its teaching capabilities in science and engineering. It comprises multiple faculties including the Faculty of Technical Education, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences, and Faculty of Engineering, offering undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. The university has cultivated a large number of professionals in technology and engineering, providing crucial intellectual support for the development of Thailand's technology industry.
