King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB for short) is a famous public higher education institution in Thailand, located in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Originating from a cooperative project between the Thai and German governments in 1959, the university was initially known as the Thai-German Technical School and has a profound international cooperation background. As a university specializing in science and engineering, its disciplines are mainly focused on engineering, technology and applied sciences, with advantageous majors including mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, etc., and it enjoys a high reputation in Thailand's higher education field.

The main campus of the university is located in northern Bangkok at 1518 Pracharat I Rd, housing major teaching units such as the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Technical Education, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences, and International College. In addition to the main campus in Bangkok, KMUTNB has two other campuses in Prachinburi and Rayong within Thailand. The multi-campus layout reflects the university's characteristic of integrating with local industries. Currently, the university has over 26,000 students, including 82 international students, and a faculty of 1,235 members. As Thailand's economic, cultural, and educational center, Bangkok provides abundant resources and an international environment for the development of the university.
