喀什理工职业技术学院是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府2023年4月28日批复、教育部备案、上海市对口援建、喀什地区行政公署举办与管理的一所全日制高等职业院校，位于喀什地区副中心——莎车县，规划占地面积1156亩，一期规划用地889亩。学校基建工程项目计划投入9.8亿元，“十四五”期间上海援疆资金投入5.8亿元，现已建成综合楼、机械电气大楼、电子信息大楼、师生宿舍、食堂等12.06万平方米，同步完成高规格配置内部设施设备。

Kashgar Polytechnic Vocational and Technical College is a full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on April 28, 2023, filed by the Ministry of Education, supported by Shanghai in counterpart assistance, and sponsored and managed by the Administrative Office of Kashgar Prefecture. Located in Shache County, the sub-center of Kashgar Prefecture, the college has a planned area of 1,156 mu, with the first phase covering 889 mu. The infrastructure project of the college is planned to invest 980 million yuan, with 580 million yuan invested by Shanghai's aid to Xinjiang during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. So far, 120,600 square meters of buildings have been completed, including a complex building, mechanical and electrical building, electronic information building, teacher-student dormitories, and canteens, with high-standard internal facilities and equipment configured simultaneously.

学校锚定理工、立足喀什、服务南疆、面向全国，秉承“类型教育、理工特色、产教融合、校地共长”的办学理念，以高起点、高规格、高质量办学为目标，坚持五育并举、德技并修、育训结合，深化产教融合与“三教”改革，推进岗课赛证综合育人。通过“提升、招聘、引进、支援、培育”五个一批的方式加强师资队伍建设，现有博士10名，2025年设置19个招生专业，涵盖护理、建筑工程技术、汽车检测与维修技术、电气自动化技术、计算机网络技术、跨境电子商务等领域，致力于培养适应区域经济社会发展需要的高素质技术技能人才。

Aiming at high-start, high-standard and high-quality education, it adheres to the integration of five educations, simultaneous development of morality and skills, and combination of education and training, deepens the integration of industry and education and the "three education" reform, and promotes the comprehensive education of posts, courses, competitions and certificates. The college strengthens the construction of teaching staff through the "five batches" approach of "upgrading, recruiting, introducing, supporting and cultivating", with 10 doctors currently. In 2025, it offers 19 enrollment majors covering nursing, construction engineering technology, automobile inspection and maintenance technology, electrical automation technology, computer network technology, cross-border e-commerce and other fields, committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of regional economic and social development.
