吉尔吉斯-俄罗斯斯拉夫大学（Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University）是一所位于吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克的国立高等学府，由吉尔吉斯共和国与俄罗斯联邦共同管理。学校前身为1992年成立的俄罗斯斯拉夫大学，苏联解体后经两国教育部协商更改为现名，旨在延续俄罗斯教育体系传统并服务于中亚地区人才培养需求。作为中吉俄教育合作的重要平台，该校教学计划融合两国教学大纲标准，毕业生可获得两国政府双重认可的学位证书。

Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University is a national institution of higher education located in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, jointly administered by the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation. Formerly known as the Russian Slavic University founded in 1992, it was renamed after consultations between the Ministries of Education of both countries following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, aiming to continue the traditions of the Russian education system and meet the talent development needs in Central Asia. As a key platform for educational cooperation between China, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, the university's curriculum integrates the educational standards of both countries, and graduates receive degree certificates dual-recognized by both governments.

学校设有7个院系，涵盖自然科学、经济、法律、人文、国际关系、医学及函授教育等领域，开设物理、微电子学、建筑学、法学、经济学、国际关系、医学等50余个专业。现有学生约8000人，实行学士-硕士-博士多层次教育体系，教学语言以俄语为主，部分专业开设吉尔吉斯语授课课程。近年来积极参与"一带一路"教育行动，与中国多所高校建立合作关系，开展联合培养与学术交流项目。

The university comprises 7 faculties covering natural sciences, economics, law, humanities, international relations, medicine, and distance education, offering over 50 majors including physics, microelectronics, architecture, law, economics, international relations, and medicine. With approximately 8,000 students, it implements a multi-level education system from bachelor's to doctoral degrees, with Russian as the main teaching language and Kyrgyz-language courses available in some programs. In recent years, it has actively participated in the "Belt and Road" education initiative, establishing partnerships with multiple Chinese universities to carry out joint training and academic exchange programs.
