克孜勒苏职业技术学院隶属克州人民政府，是克州唯一一所全日制公办高等职业院校。学院办学历史可追溯至1958年，由原克州师范学校、克州农业学校等八所学校先后撤并而来，2013年合并成立克州职业技术学校，2018年10月经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批复成立克孜勒苏职业技术学院，2019年5月在教育部备案。

Kizilsu Vocational and Technical College is affiliated to the Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture People's Government and is the only full-time public higher vocational college in Kizilsu Prefecture. The college's educational history can be traced back to 1958, formed by the successive merger of eight schools including the former Kizilsu Normal School and Kizilsu Agricultural School. It was merged to establish Kizilsu Vocational and Technical School in 2013, approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to establish Kizilsu Vocational and Technical College in October 2018, and filed with the Ministry of Education in May 2019.

学院位于新疆维吾尔自治区克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州阿图什市轻工业园区创业大道东16院，占地1695亩，设有医护工程系、工业工程系等8个教学单位，开设高职、中职及技工类专业35个，其中高职专业13个。学院充分发挥江苏“组团式”教育援疆作用，与多所职业院校建立对口帮扶机制，建有多个国家级、自治区级大师工作室，是克州社会科学普及基地和公共实训基地。

The college is located at No. 16 East Chuangye Avenue, Light Industrial Park, Artux City, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, covering an area of 1695 mu. It has 8 teaching units including the Department of Medical and Nursing Engineering and the Department of Industrial Engineering, offering 35 majors at the higher vocational, secondary vocational and technical levels, including 13 higher vocational majors. The college gives full play to the role of Jiangsu's "group-style" education assistance to Xinjiang, has established counterpart assistance mechanisms with multiple vocational colleges, built several national and autonomous region-level master studios, and is a social science popularization base and public training base in Kizilsu Prefecture.
