聊城科技职业学院是山东省人民政府批准、教育部备案、聊城市人民政府举办的公办全日制专科层次综合类高等职业院校，坐落于运河文化名城——临清市。学院以深耕鲁西、联动齐鲁、合纵冀豫、辐射全国为办学定位，紧密对接区域经济和产业发展需求，构建以产教共生、城校共融的发展机制，为区域经济社会发展培养高素质应用型人才。

Liaocheng Vocational College of Science and Technology is a public full-time comprehensive higher vocational college at the junior college level approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province, registered by the Ministry of Education, and sponsored by the People's Government of Liaocheng City. It is located in Linqing City, a famous city of canal culture. With the school-running orientation of deeply cultivating western Shandong, linking Qilu, integrating Hebei and Henan, and radiating the whole country, the college closely meets the needs of regional economic and industrial development, and constructs a development mechanism of industry-education symbiosis and city-school integration to cultivate high-quality applied talents for regional economic and social development.

学院聚焦科技前沿，以新工科为引领构建专业布局，2025年首批开设机械制造及自动化、智能控制技术等六大专业，100%匹配聊城重点产业链。现有专任教师128名，其中教授、副教授30人，教育部教学指导委员会委员3人，研究生以上学历教师占比80%，双师型教师占比75%，深入实施“专家引领+双师主导+企业赋能”的三维师资矩阵建设。

Focusing on the frontier of science and technology, the college constructs its professional layout led by new engineering. In 2025, it initially offers six majors including Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Intelligent Control Technology, etc., which 100% match the key industrial chains in Liaocheng. There are 128 full-time teachers, including 30 professors and associate professors, 3 members of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, 80% of teachers with graduate degrees or above, and 75% of double-qualified teachers. The college has in-depth implementation of the construction of a three-dimensional faculty matrix of "expert leadership + double-teacher leadership + enterprise empowerment".

学院践行特色学徒制办学理念，创新实施“学业指导、技能培养、生涯规划”三位一体全员导师制度，与新浪集团、中孚信息等龙头企业共建学期轮岗制实践基地，推行工学交替培养模式。同时构建多元化升学立交桥，对接省内优质本科院校共建“3+2”专本衔接快车道，为学生提供多样化成长路径。

The college practices the school-running concept of characteristic apprenticeship, innovatively implements the trinity tutor system of "academic guidance, skill training, and career planning", and jointly builds a semester rotation practice base with leading enterprises such as Sina Group and Zhongfu Information, and promotes the work-study alternation training model. At the same time, it builds a diversified further study overpass, connects with high-quality undergraduate colleges in the province to build a "3+2" college-undergraduate connection expressway, providing students with diversified growth paths.
